“I would like to recognize Melissa the Branch Manager at the Savage location for her outstanding follow up and concern regarding a poor review that I had left due to an incident that happened at her Savage location. She called me within a few hours after I had posted a 1 star review to discuss and investigate where they fell short. Melissa was the epitome of professionalism and offered above and beyond customer service. She even resolved the issue I had immediately. Not only was she apologetic, but because of the true leader and manager she is, she wanted to understand from start to finish what had transpired in order to provide coaching and additional training to her team members. She listened to me and offered an apology on behalf of Wings. She made me feel like a valued member and she had even researched my file prior to calling me because she mentioned that I had been a loyal member for 14+ years. Melissa is truly an outstanding and one of a kind manager! She went above and beyond when she did not have to. Thank you, I really appreciate your follow up and Wings Financial is extremely lucky to have you as an employee and manager!”

Three people in particular that I have had the pleasure of working with are: Laurie, Mary Kay and Brandon (although everybody there is fantastic). Kleinbank is the best bank that I have ever been with, mostly due to the great staff I see on an everyday basis.”

“I had a really rough morning and got really frustrated because I answered a question wrong on My email from Wells Fargo about a transaction, they shut my card down which means I had to go to Wells Fargo to take the money out to pay my bill and I was really aggravated and walked in and told the teller I wanted to close my account. I was greeted by the sweetest teller and not only that but I think she may be the manager, It was a dark haired lady in a pink suit. Had the most upbeat. Amazing jolly happy personality. She just kind of made me giggle inside and she turned my entire day around. It really is important to try and put your best foot for it because you never know what kind of a day somebody is having around!! Wells Fargo rocks!!! Ps I did not close my account ☺️”
