After numerous phone calls to your health center and help from the staff within, 45 minutes later, she figured it out for me. She never once complained about how long it was taking or that it was past closing time. She is The type of employee you want to have be part of your business and representing you. Her kindness and patience were greatly appreciated!”

I am 73 and not real tech savvy. I had to change my credit card several months ago so I had to change my info because I could not reach the site. She figured out my mistake and was kind enough to write everything down for me and wished me a good day and thanked me for coming in. I was working with a few other credit unions trying to get a quick loan together so that I could purchase a private sale boat that was a great price out of state the next day. Everyone else kept dropping the ball, but Jamie understood that my loan was time sensitive and got me a check so quick that I couldn't believe it. “I would like to recognize Melissa the Branch Manager at the Savage location for her outstanding follow up and concern regarding a poor review that I had left due to an incident that happened at her Savage location. She called me within a few hours after I had posted a 1 star review to discuss and investigate where they fell short. Melissa was the epitome of professionalism and offered above and beyond customer service. She even resolved the issue I had immediately. Not only was she apologetic, but because of the true leader and manager she is, she wanted to understand from start to finish what had transpired in order to provide coaching and additional training to her team members. She listened to me and offered an apology on behalf of Wings. She made me feel like a valued member and she had even researched my file prior to calling me because she mentioned that I had been a loyal member for 14+ years. Melissa is truly an outstanding and one of a kind manager! She went above and beyond when she did not have to.
