“Well maintained place, clean and orderly. The staff at the desk is nice and professional. I loved that they have an app and option to pay without the need for coins. I would recommend 10/10”

“A perfect experience in every way. Great customer service. They have a really useful program that tracks the status of your item and sends notice when it is ready for pick up. It was ready for pick up sooner than I anticipated. In all a much better experience than I had at other dry cleaners.”

“Great place to get dry cleaning done after/before weddings or other events! Quick and easy and they can even hold onto the outfit if there is some travel that prevents you from picking it up right away.”

“Love that they document how to starch your shirts, haven’t had a dry cleaner even give me an option for that before. Got my quilt turned around and very clean within 48 hours. Also charitable service, they do free laundry for homeless who need nice clothing cleaned for an interview”

“I have used Clean'n'Press cleaners for over 25 years to dryclean my fine wool sweaters, business suits, skirts, dresses, Cashmere long winter coat, king size comforters, duvet cover, and a long time ago my wedding dress. They best, most reliable, and environmentally friendly cleaners in MN. I use their coupons they send out by text, or email, or can be found on their website. Locations all over the metro area (not in Faribault so I drive to Lakeville).

I used the comforter coupon but my duvet cleaning was a bit spendy (dog accident overnight).

As I've moved I've have frequented Vadnais Heights, West St. Paul, Eagan, and most recently Lakeville locations. I've always received friendly and efficient service. :)”

“Very good business. I started using this place a year ago and never had an issue whatsoever. Cleaning is always perfect, on time and the folks there are extremely friendly, polite and respectful, that alone is what matters the most to me, especially these days.Services: Special care fabric cleaning”

“We have used them for years at their Bloomington location and THEY DO EXCELLENT, HIGH QUALITY, ON TIME service.
Coats are like new, shirts crisp, sweaters folded. Moved to Apple Valley and use their Burnsville location. Same fabulous service!”

“LaMac on Nicollet Avenue is my "Go-To" place when I am unable to get a stain out on my own. More than once I have tried without success all the home remedies suggested on-line. I have taken the item to LaMac on Nicollet and they got it out! They have good availability via their hours.”

“The manager Nick (as well as the other staff I interacted) was pleasant both on the phone, in person, and when I made a mistake and had forgotten an item for my order. Service was wonderful! Keep it up!”

“I wouldn’t recommend coming to this laundromat. I’m not sure if I spoke to the owner or an employee, but she was a tall white woman with grey-blonde hair and a very masculine demeanor. She was extremely rude for no reason.
I came with my client to do laundry—my client comes here often—but she only had $7 in her account. The machine cost $7, but we didn’t know you need at least $10 in your account to use it. The worker approached my client in a rude, condescending tone to tell her this. When I politely explained that I understood and would help my client figure it out, she told me to be quiet because she “knows about the washer machines” and I don’t. I’m sure she does—I’d hope so—but knowing machines and knowing manners are two different things.
Long story short: she may know a lot about washer machines, but she doesn’t seem to know much about customer service. She was unhelpful, rude, and belittled both me and my client multiple times. Perhaps some retraining is in order—not on the machines, but on basic respect and customer service.”

“Very clean, well lit and feels safe. Did a great job washing my big bulky items. One negative was that the website states it takes credit cards, but does not say there is an additional 3% fee- it was a surprise. I will still return but just bring cash.”

“The only reason for four stars is because at times this place can be very dirty. Graffiti on the bathroom walls and door in the men's room. The one time there was a syringe on the floor notified the attendant and was taken care of immediately. Other than that no otger complaints.”

“Fantastic experience. Love the coin operated machines. Spent 5 dollars total and everything is dry. 4 dollars for a 3 load machine. Dryers are 1 dollars for 24 minutes and a quarter for an additional 6 minutes. Attendant present. Clean facilities including restroom. All machines functional. Would revisit.”

“Came in the middle of the night, 3am, and the place was completely empty with the exception of a nice gentleman who helped me pick out my machines. Prices are a tad higher than other laundromats.”

“I am a new customer. I started with just some shirts. They did a great job so I now have them doing sheets for Minnehaha Lofts. Spoke with owner as well as employees. All very friendly and helpful”

“Aside from the fact that the change machine wouldn't give me change for a 20, this place seems alright. Relatively clean. It's 8:15 p.m. and I'm the only one here. Not bad!”

“It's a fair place to do laundry. It didn't or never does have any paper towels in the bathroom, and the change machine you have to be careful of because anything over $1, gives you the laundry $1 coins for, as well as, some quarters, but other than that it's clean, and machines offer $3.75 for the small loads. I've seen better prices, but again it's clean, and that's what I like most.”
