She took the time and effort to walk with us through the store, looking at a variety of products and helping us select the best options, and really made us feel well taken care of and prepared for the new puppy. She also gave us some great ideas for our two cats. 5/5 stars for Chuck & Dons, and 12/10 for Kelly specifically!”
“I love the staff at this location! I’ve never had even a neutral experience, it’s always been great. They clearly love animals and are extremely knowledgeable. I just found out my cat has an allergy and Gwen helped me find food for my boy. They were very kind and helpful. Also the remodel looks so good!”

“They have a self serve pet wash in the back that we use 2-3 times per month. It is reasonably priced, and they price based on time, which we appreciate with two dogs. We can typically get them both clean and dry in about 30 minutes.The staff is always friendly and helpful, often passing out samples of treats as well. Pet Stuff has been a really good find for us!”
“Terry is the best in town for all of your parrot needs. You tell him your age/breed and he will set up a food regimen to keep your bird happy and healthy. He is passionate about what he does and it really shows. We’ve been using him for years now and we won’t go anywhere else for our bird’s needs.”

“Christa is the best groomer that we've ever encountered, bar none, it's not close to where I live, but, it's worth the drive, she does a great job on Lacey, lacey is a cavalier, and can have pretty profuse fur by the time we get in, and, Christa makes her look wonderful, and Lacey is so much more comfortable, you can tell..........she's now about 10# lighter, we've tried several places and this wag n' wash is the very best.”

He answered questions about issues that have come up with squirrels and bird flu, and other things, supported my passion for this new hobby by being incredibly helpful and kind, and recommended some great new feeders and solutions as well as feedback. He even showed appreciation for my purchases by sending the kindest thank you note. Highly recommend this person, store and am happy to be a customer here. ?

“My senior girl, Faith, started suffering with degenerative disc issues in December of 2022. We started seeing Jenny once a week and Faith has recovered very well (will never be 100% again because of her issue & age). We continue to see Jenny 1x a week and it helps Faith SO much. One time we missed a week and boy could we tell the difference it makes! Recently, Faith had a set back & has been limping quite badly. We went to see Jenny for our regular appt in the morning and by the time I got home from work, Faith was feeling SO much better it brought tears to my eyes. Thank you for all that you do for our fur babies and us! You must have magic in your fingers. <3”

“I brought my pup in for a vaccine at one of your vetco clinics at your Eden prairie location. The four vetco employees I encountered were great——my pup was a bit scared and they were very gentle with her. And the cashier who checked me out after the appt, was delightful. Pavlina was as sweet as she could be and finished my already pleasant experience on a great note. I encountered one other employee on my way up to the checkouts and he was also very friendly and made me feel very welcome as I walked by him. Thank you for the great experience.”

“ScoopyPoo was a tremendous help to me when I was unable to clean up my yard due to an injury. I have a big dog and need to keep up with his waste. They came weekly during my recovery and my yard was cleaned up completely! They even left him some treats! “If you have cats, PetSmart is so much better than PetCo. They have WAY more stuff for cats. When I went to Petco, cats seemed like an afterthought (as did the other non-dog pets). I drive 10 miles further away just to go to PetSmart.”
“I was very nervous about my dog getting aggressive with the tech since we haven't really done a lot of shots before and he's more on the stranger danger side. But the tech was very calm, slow and did an amazing job with my dog. Held him gently, but firmly and talked nice to him. My dog was very nervous I could see him shaking from across the room and he didn't even growl at him. Didn't get the tech's name, but was very impressed.”

“We had the best experience with Suzy Q in the grooming salon today! She wasable to calm our anxious, skittish boy and convinced him to allow a nail trim AND grind, as well as a Furminator shampoo and brush-out. He looks and feels amazing and came out smiling!”
“The store is well kept and I can always find what I am looking for. The staff is helpful, but I get the feeling they are understaffed as you often have to wait for someone to come and check you out when you are ready to purchase your items.”
“The Clinic and the doctors are friendly people and treat our pets with love, but the cashier staff has to receive a customer service course, they do not offer bags when you shop, nor do they offer you the receipt and with unfriendly faces.”
