“Friday the 13th had red battery light flashing on 2012 Honda. Replaced battery Saturday but still flashing. Called Rob's Tuesday, got appointment for Thursday AM. Brought in by 8:30, got the diagnosis of alternator not working. Since I had it replaced before at Rob's but past warranty, they covered the cost of new one, I did pay for labor. Appreciate that it was done by 1:00 and got my car back on the road. Highly recommend.”
“My EV, a Hyundai Ioniq 5 had an electrical system heart attack and was in my garage. In this situation it is extremely difficult and complex to get it towed to the dealer for repair.
