“My EV, a Hyundai Ioniq 5 had an electrical system heart attack and was in my garage. In this situation it is extremely difficult and complex to get it towed to the dealer for repair. “Friday the 13th had red battery light flashing on 2012 Honda. Replaced battery Saturday but still flashing. Called Rob's Tuesday, got appointment for Thursday AM. Brought in by 8:30, got the diagnosis of alternator not working. Since I had it replaced before at Rob's but past warranty, they covered the cost of new one, I did pay for labor. Appreciate that it was done by 1:00 and got my car back on the road. Highly recommend.”
