I dropped my vehicle off Monday morning and the entire process felt smooth and easy. Communication was clear and each step was detailed and explained well. I want to shout out Eric for being very professional and giving superb service. He shows pride in his work and goes above and beyond in everything he does.
Truthfully, I brought my vehicle in weeks prior and had a rough experience with communication and insurance issues that were quite frustrating. “Friday the 13th had red battery light flashing on 2012 Honda. Replaced battery Saturday but still flashing. Called Rob's Tuesday, got appointment for Thursday AM. Brought in by 8:30, got the diagnosis of alternator not working. Since I had it replaced before at Rob's but past warranty, they covered the cost of new one, I did pay for labor. Appreciate that it was done by 1:00 and got my car back on the road. Highly recommend.”
