“The staff at Advance have been so diligent in helping me clarify
insurance coverage for a knee walker i need for upcoming foot surgery. They arranged to have equip transferred to the location nearest my home, from another of their locations. They assembled equip so it would be ready to use, if needed. The time that Andrea & Ash spent both over the phone & in person, assisting me, was courteous & so appreciated. They are knowledgeable & very professional. It's been a great place to do business.”
“Nina walked me through everything for wearing a CPAP for the first time. She was great - explained everything thoroughly and was super friendly and accommodating (I accidentally showed up an hour early and she fit me right in). Everyone I’ve talked to here has been just terrific!”
“This a great store with beautiful gifts! Only one negative is that I gave an employee my name and number to call me of they could order XXXL compression stockings and she said she'd check and call me. In the meantime, I bought three pairs of XXL thinking they might fit. I tried on a pair at home and they were too small. The employee never called and it's now too late to return-around $90 lost. I still have two pairs unopened and in the bag.”
“Unloaded in 30 minutes. Over night parking. When you parked ( backed in) driver entrance is about 25 yards to your left facing the building. They stop unloading at 8am. I was late but barely made the check in, thought I set my alarm clock. Was going to try to check in at 1am, not sure why I didn't get in driver entrance door at 2am appointment. Guess God woke me up to make check in. You can't read the driver entrance door sign at night. Was easy to spot in the morning light. Steps to get in. Great place. Lot of deer in the area at dusk moving”

“Mike takes a great deal of pride in his work. He explained options to my parents in converting their tub to a shower without a complete renovation. When finished, you cannot tell it wasn't built that way in the first place. I would highly recommend Mike and his company to anyone who needs tub repairs or tub to shower conversion. “I cannot praise your drivers enough they are personable , caring , and very patient . I did how ever have a very unpleasant experience with one of your operators , I felt as though she didn’t have time to listen to my order , resulting in the wrong size tanks being delivered . Also when I tried to order hosing and supplies she did not wait for me to say what was needed , her response was “ I’ll get it ordered right away” and then hung up without knowing what I wanted or needed .”

I believe these must be the ones my local hospital supplies because they kept telling me I can keep wearing them after I went in them. I thought they were nuts, but they were right! “EXCELLENT SERVICE. Went to Minneapolis, Minnesota for a week and my mother needed a foldable wheelchair because she forgot hers at home. Called other companies to rent one and the minimum time for rental was one month. When I called Jackson Medical Equipment I was so relieved that they even rent a wheelchair for less than a week. A phone call would follow with specific delivery time. That hasn't happened in the past 6 months.

“I ordered the Legacy 500 Intersegmental Traction Table for my home. I have used this table at my chiropractor before and really liked the way it loosened my back muscles. I researched the table online and Doug at Chiropractic Outfitters was the best delivered price and he had very good online ratings. I reached out to Doug with a couple questions and he responded quickly. The table shipped on schedule and was delivered to my home.
