“SOS recently moved to Vadnais Heights. The spacious building is clean and contemporary with lots of quality new and used office furniture. The showroom is very appealing with a wide variety of desks, credenzas, office chairs, and file cabinets large and small. I bought a used HON file cabinet with wheels in very good condition for $70 (including tax) that fits perfectly beside the desk in my home office. Retail for a comparable brand new HON file cabinet is $1,000. Duane loaded the sturdy cabinet into the trunk of my car. Thank you, Duane, for your help.”
“Great company to work with. I love that I can send Tim dimensions of office spaces. Shortly after I will have pictures of furniture that will fit that space. And with in a day or two OEB is delivering and setting up the desks. So efficient and very affordable. “Nice location. Decent selections. Has a little of everything. Typical office stuff like printers, scanners, notebooks and writing utensils. Also has moving supplies, storage bins, computers, bags and a screens. Has some random stuff you wouldn't think would be there like Ester bottles and Keurig stuff.”
“Karl is wonderful to work with! We get our binding machines and binding supplies, for all locations, through here. The binding machines work wonderfully and leave us with a presentation we are happy to provide to our clients. We had 2 machines, same location, that ran into issues that were covered under warranty. Karl hand delivered the replacement machine, and set it up, the same day that I emailed him to report it! If that's not service, I don't know what is! Thank you for always being so responsive and professional.”
“A couple things made my experience stand out. I needed a small print job done last minute and the store was able to get it done within 15-20 min of when I called. Once I got to the store, I also picked up a buy 1 get 1 set of pens as a gift. Turns out I picked up a pack that was hung in the wrong location but Omar was still accommodating and took care of me. I ended up switching out the incorrect ones for the real B1G1 and Amy the manager provided great customer services. I knew the gift recipient would like a matching set, so thank you for helping me extra!”
