“My family recently switched to Spring Park after having issue after issue with our local Walgreens. The staff is so kind and friendly, and prescriptions are filled very promptly. We have rarely had an issue with a prescription being out of stock - whomever does their product stocking knows what they are doing. I also received my COVID booster here, and it was a smooth and efficient process. Keep in mind that they have more limited business hours than a large chain! And yes - their shop has lots of cute (and useful) items for last-minute gift shopping: toys, puzzles, jewelry, snacks, clothing, etc. I love SPP!”

“Cub Pharmacy in Chanhassen is the only place I trust to handle my prescriptions. The team is efficient, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. I also appreciate that the same three people have worked there for as long as I’ve been filling prescriptions. That kind of consistency says a lot.
Before my dad passed away, he also used Cub Pharmacy in Chanhassen. The staff were incredibly kind to him and always took the time to listen carefully. That meant a lot because he suffered from post-stroke aphasia and sometimes needed a little extra patience when communicating. They were thoughtful about explaining his medications and making sure he understood what he needed to know.
One time they even called him to advise him not to take a prescription he had been given in the ER until he spoke with his doctor, because they immediately recognized that it could interact with another medication he was already taking and potentially cause a seizure. When he later moved to an assisted living facility and could no longer drive, they arranged to have his prescriptions delivered.
This pharmacy doesn’t just fill prescriptions. They go above and beyond!”
“Okay, I never leave reviews but I absolutely need to in this case. I am 28 years old and have been on certain prescriptions my entire life. I have ALWAYS used Walgreens to fill prescriptions until about 2 months ago, I switched to this cub location on town centre. When I tell you guys I am beyond blown away by the service quality here, that is an understatement. Walgreens made me jump through so many hoops to do simple tasks and the staff here at this cub location make everything so easy, they’re pleasant to talk to, seem like they enjoy their job, always happy to help, and offer overall exemplary customer service. I didn’t even know a pharmacy had the capacity to be this friendly/helpful…I always thought pharmacies were like going to the DMV lol but I was so wrong! I was just not at the right pharmacy!! Every single person who works in this pharmacy needs a raise. Amazing job. You have found yourself a new lifelong customer. I’m never going back to Walgreens.”

Walgreens was taking too long and it was quite pricey at times (WITH INSURANCE!) did some research found some good coupons accepted at this pharmacy (Good RX GOLD!) and decided to try it… gave it a shot and my queens Becca, Paula and Katy were so fabulous and kind! It was fast and convenient! I love them and will be back. My medication went from $20 with insurance (ewe!) to $3!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m so happy you accept good Rx GOLD and the customer care yall provide! “I was having a hard time breathing which made it even more frustrating that other stores wouldn’t fill my prescription until tomorrow. We were on hold for a long time which increased the frustration at first, but once I saw the store and the lines I understood. These people are giving 110% and helping everyone the best that they can. They didn’t take any of their deserved breaks during the day and went out of their way to find me an inhaler spacer tube. They are saving lives. I had five people in front of me in line and six behind me and the line just kept growing. Doctor said it’s the worst tree pollen she’s ever seen so let’s give these guys some slack while it isn’t their fault that we’re all struggling.”

“My husband and I were seeking typhoid vaccinations. Most pharmacies said they were out or didn’t keep many typhoid vaccines on hand. After calling many pharmacies, I found 1 shot available at this location in Eden Prairie. On the day of the appointment, I called to confirm the vaccine was still available. While talking to Steve, the pharmacist, I was informed they still had the vaccine on hand. I inquired if they happened to have any more and he confirmed they did not.
However, 5 minutes after talking to Steve, he called back and said the pharmacy had 2 additional typhoid vaccines in a shipment they were receiving today. My husband could come along and get the shot.
STEVE PROVIDED EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE BY TAKING THE TIME TO CALL AND INFORM US ANOTHER VACCINE WOULD BE AVAILABLE. HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXEMPLARY.
I would highly recommend this Walgreens pharmacy and staff.”

“I called this pharmacy to see if they had an over the counter medicine that I needed. the gentleman who answered the phone checked and found that they had one left. I said I'd be in when I could to get it. He suggested that they store it by the register. I came to get it about an hour later. I was warmly welcomed when I walked in. The medicine was waiting for me and I was able to pay for it and leave right away. I really appreciated the extra effort so I wasted no time looking for it. Ii'll be back.”

Trey, Eric, Ahmed, every single one of them are always on top of their game. If there is ever any problem with insurance or anything like that, they are all over it. I will never go back to another pharmacy and I would go out of my way to go to this one, if I had to.”
