The reason for 4 stars is that when they say they'll call you with a diagnosis, length of the repair, price, and when it's complete- they just simply won't. Communication with the customer is really a fight, in my experience.”

They got me in right after I called, fixed my light in less than 10 mins, and only charged me for the bulb since it was such a quick fix. This is definitely a shop I would trust for all future needs. “Came in to quickly check on availabilities of a few items that are not available at the Costco closest to us. I noticed the price much lower than I had paid on a large item recently. The customer service staff worked diligently to make sure that the difference in price was honored, involving 2 associates and a manager to make sure my experience went smoothly. It is an utterly odd experience to actually leave Costco with more money than one walked in with; nonetheless, I will assure there is ultimately diligent customer service and great attitudes even in this rare case! Great job Serenity(returns), Kevin(mgr.) and the other Returns associate whose name (I am sorry!) escapes me.Also, this seems to be a Hopping, high-volume, fun location!”

“This gas station is near our place and regularly 5-10 cents cheaper than any other stations around. Never had any issues with the pumps. I always recommend it to our Lyft drivers.4 stars is for other amenities and the difficulty of getting in and out. The point is the gas but it’s very cramped on a corner of a residential street and Lowry Ave NE which is pretty busy. 2 pumps on each side of the corner but if it’s busy there’s hardly anywhere to wait. Getting to the pumps can be difficult to maneuver since there is no space to turn around and it can be difficult to get in if all the pumps are full due to cars blocking the entrances/exits.No fresh coffee or donuts (my favorite gas station items) and limited items inside. Mostly snack food and a few convenience items. That being said, they have a nice selection of Gatorade and Powerade.”

“The employee's are in need of an attitude adjustment and the new policy of holiday corporate is that if you buy a pack of cigarettes they need your driver's license to scan it into a database so they can keep track of you showing your ID is not acceptable and they will not sell you a pack of cigarettes they have to scan it and that is unacceptable to me . I don't want to be in Holidays database of customer information from my driver's license. The information on my driver's license is personal and confidential that only I are a police officer needs to look at and scan to collect information about me not holiday.i will not buy anything from Holiday station stores because they are violating my personal information for there gain.”

“Here's what I didn't know about Costco Pharmacy: you don't have to be a member to the warehouse & online services! You can use Good Rx at Costco, but the membership price might* be better. I had to ask for the prescriptions that I had filled here-both were less expensive than Good Rx or my insurance (news to me!). You DO have to inform the cashier that you are a member & have them scan your card. It was well worth it to me to drive a little further & reap the substantial savings.While I was checking out, the next customer was buying dog & cat medicine for his pets! Plus, you can always stop at the snack spot on the way out & have a frozen treat!”
