“Great experience except for one very frustrating problem.
We LOVE certain items in their buffet, but they are items that get rotated. For example, they have cod, but some days they have salmon or no fish. It's too far to drive if they aren't serving what I want that day, and the frustrating part is you can't simply look up what they have that day, you have to call the store. Then the employee has to walk out to the buffet, write down what they have, and come back to the phone to tell us. This is awkward and uncomfortable. Usually this store's service is usually first-rate--if only they could get the daily buffet's features onto the web site, it would be impeccable.”
“Great prices, had everything I wanted, but its hard to find things in the store. If you asked a staff person you got it, they came so close to great service them kinda dropped the ball.”

The managers, the pharmacists, the technicians, everyone is top-notch, and they will go above and beyond, in order to make you feel comfortable, and to make sure everything is taken care of. They treat you like a friend, and it feels like they actually care about how you are doing and how they can help you do better. Trey, Eric, Ahmed, every single one of them are always on top of their game. If there is ever any problem with insurance or anything like that, they are all over it. I will never go back to another pharmacy and I would go out of my way to go to this one, if I had to.”

“Okay, I never leave reviews but I absolutely need to in this case. I am 28 years old and have been on certain prescriptions my entire life. I have ALWAYS used Walgreens to fill prescriptions until about 2 months ago, I switched to this cub location on town centre. When I tell you guys I am beyond blown away by the service quality here, that is an understatement. Walgreens made me jump through so many hoops to do simple tasks and the staff here at this cub location make everything so easy, they’re pleasant to talk to, seem like they enjoy their job, always happy to help, and offer overall exemplary customer service. I didn’t even know a pharmacy had the capacity to be this friendly/helpful…I always thought pharmacies were like going to the DMV lol but I was so wrong! I was just not at the right pharmacy!! Every single person who works in this pharmacy needs a raise. Amazing job. You have found yourself a new lifelong customer. I’m never going back to Walgreens.”

Walgreens was taking too long and it was quite pricey at times (WITH INSURANCE!) did some research found some good coupons accepted at this pharmacy (Good RX GOLD!) and decided to try it… gave it a shot and my queens Becca, Paula and Katy were so fabulous and kind! It was fast and convenient! I love them and will be back. My medication went from $20 with insurance (ewe!) to $3!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m so happy you accept good Rx GOLD and the customer care yall provide! I will be using this pharmacy forever now. It was busy but it was FAST! Thank you!!!”

I’m always offered to speak with the pharmacist for any questions, and it doesn’t take them long to come over.They have given me discounts with manufacturer coupons they have.I appreciate that after a certain number of filled prescriptions, they give you a $5 Target coupon which I always use that day.Bonus that there is the grocery area too when there is always something we need.”

“I called this pharmacy to see if they had an over the counter medicine that I needed. the gentleman who answered the phone checked and found that they had one left. I said I'd be in when I could to get it. He suggested that they store it by the register. I came to get it about an hour later. I was warmly welcomed when I walked in. The medicine was waiting for me and I was able to pay for it and leave right away. I really appreciated the extra effort so I wasted no time looking for it. Ii'll be back.”

However, there is one cashier at the store entrance who is rude, abrupt, and actually pushes the buttons on the check-out screen for the customers if they aren't fast enough. One time I wanted to use my card for a debit, and she reached over and pressed "credit" for me before I had a chance to make my choice. I cringe when I walk in the store and she is working.”

Since my brain injury I get so frustrated with things that used to be simple and 2nd nature.
WHen I finally decided to go in and battle the photo processing machine. The man at the counter greeted me and sent me to the photo machine. When he was done with the line of customers he checked with me. I was stuck in ordering a photo book. couldn't get out of that book. He continued to check in and eventually we started over. With his kind assistance, I tic'd hundreds of pictures, printed and was out the door. I felt he was sincerely concerned for my needs, took care of my silly yet time consuming errors. I was very thankful for his extra efforts.
I felt happy to have all these memories printed and not be so frustrated with my disabilities. That man at the counter made my day just a little brighter, just a little easier! THank you! C”

“My family recently switched to Spring Park after having issue after issue with our local Walgreens. The staff is so kind and friendly, and prescriptions are filled very promptly. We have rarely had an issue with a prescription being out of stock - whomever does their product stocking knows what they are doing. I also received my COVID booster here, and it was a smooth and efficient process. Keep in mind that they have more limited business hours than a large chain! And yes - their shop has lots of cute (and useful) items for last-minute gift shopping: toys, puzzles, jewelry, snacks, clothing, etc. I love SPP!”
