“The service was great. Was quicker than I expected. However, there's an issue with the website where I made my appointment for my oil change. The website allowed me to make the appointment for 12:30 pm and I received a confirmation for my appointment at 12:30 pm, however, when I got to the shop I was told my appointment was at 1:00 pm and that they don't make appointments on the half hour. This needs to be fixed on the website. It shouldn't allow you to make an appointment on the half hour if the shop doesn't take appointments on the half hour. I was stuck there for an additional half hour early. Please correct this.”

“Great service. I had many repairs done at Turbo Tim for my truck. This time I asked for an inspection only. The report was texted to me including photos and very detailed information on what needs immediate repair and what can be done later. A paid Lyft ride would have been paid by Turbo Tim as well. I highly recommend TurbovTim. Hou will be in good hands!”
“This place was fantastic. We were leaving town to head home to St. Louis and had a tire issue at 4:00PM. I couldn't even get another shop to answer the phone. They picked up, got me right in and we were on the road in an hour. Fantastic service that saved us from being on the side of the road later in the night. I am a teacher and have appreciated the teacher discount. I have sent many, many of my teacher friends and my family to this location. I recently heard that since there is new management/ownership this is no longer being honored and I am saddened to hear that.There are four schools within a mile of this location! The new look of the store is great! But what matters most are the people who work there and the customers who come to see them. “Stopped in because my sisters vehicle tire had a nail in it. They were very busy but Anthony took the time to inspect the tire and was able to remove the nail and fortunately it hadn’t penetrated the tire to require repair. Anthony was very personable and there was no charger for his time. I was recommended to Fixt Rite by a long time friend and their many years of going there. I would definitely try them for future repairs due to this.”

“Took my Odyssey to Hawkins for a timing belt and water pump service, with a few other small items. Nick was extremely professional and courteous, did a quick diagnostic on the car, and found an issue with a front ball joint and leaking axle. He provided an honest assessment of how critical each item was, and then proceeded to provide budgetary estimates for everything. After approving the items that were of most importance, Hawkins completed the work quickly (same day) and at a very reasonable cost. Overall I'm very happy to have found Hawkins and will they will now be my go-to mechanic.”

I brought it to Murphy's and they let me have a loaner car the night before the appointment and had it fixed in a couple hours the next day for a great price. No problems ever since. I truly trust what they do and charge... and it's very hard for me to trust anyone else.”
