“I have trusted Hawkins for 10 years. As a former GM service technician and shop owner prior to leaving the industry, I am very particular about who services my vehicles. Between my wife and our kids we have had over a dozen cars in their shop through the years. I have never yet had a substandard repair or an unwarranted charge. I felt prompted to write this review while returning from Custer, SD in my 2013 Chevy 2500HD with 270,000 miles on it, towing a 6,000lb camper. “I went to this shop because I had a coupon for a free oil change. Never heard of this place before. I'm used to jiffy lube or the 5 minute places. This shop was so clean and nice! I was worried about having to being my toddler with, but the staff in the lobby were very welcoming to her, even offering her snacks! The service was pretty quick too! The kind staff really helped make a trip with a toddler less stressful, especially as she was wandering around the entire lobby 😂 we will definitely come back for the next oil change!”
“Lowell’s feels like an extension of my family. I can trust them like nobody else. I know they will shoot me straight and give me options when available, and they won’t let me drive away in a dangerous vehicle (but they will let me make less consequential bad decisions lol). “I had the privilege of visiting Inver Grove Heights Ford last night just to look around, and I was lucky enough to be matched with Raheem. From the very beginning, Raheem was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful. He answered every question I had and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.
Adam in financing was just as wonderful. He was clear, answered all of my questions, and made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy.
I ended up buying a car that I absolutely LOVE at a great price! Raheem even went above and beyond after the sale. He was basically an IT expert, helping me get the Ford app set up on my phone and actually teaching me how to use everything, which was incredibly helpful.
Honestly, the entire staff was phenomenal. Everyone I encountered was kind, friendly, and welcoming. If you are looking for a car, I cannot recommend Inver Grove Heights Ford enough.

“Lloyd's is one of the best repair shops I've ever worked with. They are professional, courteous and they do what they say the are going to, when they say they'll do it and for the price they quoted. We are a one car family, so it's important that we have the work completed on time!
Lloyd's is probably not the cheapest place in town. However, they use high quality parts and everyone -- including the front desk folks -- knows their stuff. They go the extra mile. For example, I had 2 brake lights go out within a day. I stopped in to see if they could help. They suggested it was probably the sockets rather than the bulbs. They got me an appointment for the next morning, but, since I was driving without brake lights, Jim at the front desk went and put 2 new bulbs in at no charge while I waited. They have also warrantied parts that went bad too soon, replacing at no cost including eating the labor.
They are the real deal!”

Ralph was fantastic, and now Steve, as the new owner has picked right up where Ralph left off: kind, fair, accommodating, competent.
I have a newer vehicle so I typically service at the dealership now. But Steve was awesome for getting me in on short notice a year ago for a punctured tire repair. And today, he got me in (with one day’s notice) for oil change and tire rotation / as I couldn’t schedule as needed with the dealership before a trip.
Like Ralph, Steve cares about people and good business practice / reputation, which welcomes new customers as well as maintaining the old!!

I brought it to Murphy's and they let me have a loaner car the night before the appointment and had it fixed in a couple hours the next day for a great price. No problems ever since. I truly trust what they do and charge... and it's very hard for me to trust anyone else.”
