The world's worst bank is closed for this holiday or for that one. They close on Friday at 12pm because they say so. I'm closing my account because I can't get my money when I want it because you're closed most of the time!!!

Terrible customer service! they will not help you make a loan payment in person or over the phone. all they want you to do is pay online when their system doesn't work.

I really enjoy banking here but the only downside is that they are not open Saturdays like their competition. It would be helpful to some of us customers if there was a phone number we can call on the weekends if we had account questions.
