“My mom and I stopped at JC pennys to return a shirt that didn’t fit, after being helped and cared for at the service desk we thought we’d as the salon if it was possible to have a walk in service for my mom to have her bangs touched up, as they needed some shaping.
Karly was are stylist and she got us in right away, helped my mom decided what she needed touched up and adjusted to be more happy with her hair with the least up keep.
Karly even helped my mom get her dead ends trimmed and layers redone. My mom feels so much more confident and comfortable thanks to Karly who not only is great at her job in hair styling but she is a great conversationalist.
