From the moment I sat in her chair, she took the time to actually ask questions about my hair type, my curls, and what I was looking for. I never felt rushed or like just another appointment. She made me feel so comfortable, almost like I had been going to her for years! We chatted throughout my appointment, and she even shared little stories about her family, which made the whole experience feel so personal and welcoming.
And my hair?! It looks FANTASTIC! I am genuinely so beyond happy with how it turned out. Sarah completely understood my curls and knew exactly what she was doing.
