“Amazing place. The lady's there were amazing and super helpful. I was searching for the littlest thing that you would think I could find somewhere else and I find it in a small owner shop. And while I'm there I also find some local crafter arts project that I can do with my kids as well. Would have never went in the store to begin with not thinking it was for me but will definitely be going back.”
“We've been to the Eden Prairie one only, so this was a great treat! Everyone was so nice that we encountered. There is a deal going on, that was sent in the mail to me, for $10 off $100, $25 off $ 250. Etc. We drove up here to shop, and had a good shopping experience. The woman in the shoe dept was super knowledgeable about shoes for men. We bought two pairs for my spouse. He tried on the Brunts too, but not in the budget for those, this time around. “The first thing I can say is WOW! I am SO impressed with this location!!! I went in with a good friend to look for a few casual items. Found a few very nice dresses that I wasn't intentionally looking for and tried them on. The two ladies that were helping were so attentive, calling me by name and asking how things were fitting, grabbing different dresses in the same size and giving critical feedback. I've never felt so welcome in a store in my life. I left with more than I came for but I could not have been ANY happier with the items I purchased. They also let me know about the website and the shipping since I don't have a location near me and I wish I could bring these wonderful ladies with me!”
“School shopping is a struggle we all deal with my family did it early and came from out of town. This hot topic location and its team members made the experience the most enjoyable by a long shot. I’m a face person, so I can’t remember their names but they made me and my little sister’s shopping feel so relaxing and quick. The individuals made my little sister feel very welcomed and included. Kids like to feel grown up, they were so professional, kind, the list could go on. I personally have worked a lot of customer service and these two were all stars, best part seems like they enjoyed their job. Shout out them! They really made an impact on my sister on how she doesn’t need to be scared of interacting:)”

“First time ever shopping at Chicos and I will be back, their staff were super nice, helpful and enthusiastic about helping my mom and I pick out outfits. Carol and Evonne rocked it and were very valuable in their input on our outfit choices. We were initially drawn in by the sale rack outside the store, otherwise we may have not gone in! Also signed up for the rewards program when Carl and Evonne let us know about what a great deal it was to sign up. Got an almost completely new wardrobe for a little more than $100, feel very satisfied and happy with my purchase and can’t wait to wear my new classy clothes :)”
“I looked the Booth Barn over quite well, my gosh what a selection, very broad selection of footwear and as well headwear in the direction of western hats. I was looking for one of a couple different types of Carhartt work boot, their selection was quite limited in the Carhartt brand which kind of disappointed me but overall looks to be a very well furnished location”
“Galls was Keeprs in Saint Cloud. It's a great store for all of your personal safety items. They carry some great brands like 511. Need an accessory for your firearm? They probably have it or can get it.”
“We were in the store this past Saturday, Oct 19. I found a white jacket in xl tall but it was too big. I returned it on Sunday, Oct 20 and and the associate, Rachel, helped me. Not only returned it but ordered a LG tall with another $5 off plus free shipping. I got my order today. Thank you Rachel. You were kind and helpful.”

“I had the BEST experience at the JCPenney Hair Salon, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about my hairdresser, Sarah!
From the moment I sat in her chair, she took the time to actually ask questions about my hair type, my curls, and what I was looking for. I never felt rushed or like just another appointment. She made me feel so comfortable, almost like I had been going to her for years! We chatted throughout my appointment, and she even shared little stories about her family, which made the whole experience feel so personal and welcoming.
And my hair?! It looks FANTASTIC! I am genuinely so beyond happy with how it turned out. Sarah completely understood my curls and knew exactly what she was doing.
If you have curly hair, I would 100% recommend asking for Sarah! She is absolutely wonderful, listens to what you want, and will get your curls right with no worries. I will definitely be coming back to see her!”

Great selection for prom being a month away. I found my dress and just had to get 2 other casual dresses here. Very good quality and price. Owner is amazing.”
