“Amazing place. The lady's there were amazing and super helpful. I was searching for the littlest thing that you would think I could find somewhere else and I find it in a small owner shop. And while I'm there I also find some local crafter arts project that I can do with my kids as well. Would have never went in the store to begin with not thinking it was for me but will definitely be going back.”
“School shopping is a struggle we all deal with my family did it early and came from out of town. This hot topic location and its team members made the experience the most enjoyable by a long shot. I’m a face person, so I can’t remember their names but they made me and my little sister’s shopping feel so relaxing and quick. The individuals made my little sister feel very welcomed and included. Kids like to feel grown up, they were so professional, kind, the list could go on. I personally have worked a lot of customer service and these two were all stars, best part seems like they enjoyed their job. Shout out them! They really made an impact on my sister on how she doesn’t need to be scared of interacting:)”

“I love never going into this store. I boycott every Spencer's. I've been in one before and I hate their vibe, probably 20% to 50% of the things they sell, most of the music they play, their target demographic, etc.
Not for me. I stay out of this store at all times. I consider each Spencer's as an abomination of today's current society. I never once went into this particular Spencer's.
I don't shop here, and I don't think anyone should. I am passionately closed-minded on the topic and won't listen to any persuasions against my current outlook.”
“Sydney and Soren are two of the best workers I've ever met or talked to. Truly blown away with how they treated the situation and helped. I came in with small children close to closing and another customer went out of their way to make them very uncomfortable. I asked for a manager and Sydney came out, introduced herself and kept an eye on the entire situation which I greatly appreciated, later I called in and talked to Soren, I could tell how pleasant and great he was within seconds but was again blown away by how quickly they cared and came to help, I have never been treated this well at any other store and will forever go out of my way to go to this store instead of others. Truly grateful to have been dealt two coworkers who are not only terrific at their jobs but truly care about their customers which is rare!! Very impressed 👏”
