“I use a program at work which requires a multi-factor authentication code to log into. I broke my phone's screen so I got a new phone. I must have spent an hour and a half trying, trying, trying to install Microsoft Authenticator onto my new phone, getting more and more frustrated. I gave up, went to Digital Majik and in about 15 minutes they got it installed onto my new phone. So now I can work.
