We recently ran into a snag with a wall oven that was ordered. There was initially a lack of communication about the specifications, approval, and refund process, and I did not feel I was receiving the proper attention or that there was a clear escalation path with the salesperson. This made the situation frustrating and fell short of the service I was expecting.
However, the sales director contacted me directly, listened to my concerns, acknowledged what had gone wrong, and took appropriate steps to resolve the issue. I appreciate the way he took ownership and followed through. His response restored my confidence in Karl’s and demonstrated that the company stands behind its customers when a mistake or lapse in communication occurs and provides an appropriate resolution.”

“LGV30+ phone screen got replaced and repaired, REALLY NICE AND CLEAN! I wish I had a before picture. They had a spare part for my backscreen and fixed it up! Luck was definitely on my side here! I was originally only able to get the front screen fixed. Definitely the go-to place for getting any of your phones repaired. They have a lot more to offer and even sell older video games, consoles, figurines, etc. vintage items now. One of the employees mentioned they had another store in Monticello that became the largest in MN called Lewis Game Shop. Gonna visit when I can! I can't express how thankful I am to finally get this phone fixed 🙌.
