You cannot directly call your branch bank. You get a central answering service and then the branch has to call you back. They would not give me the number of the local branch. It's been a major down grade since HIWAY Federal Credit Union merged with Blaze. I would think twice before using this bank because of this process.

Spoke over the phone with Justin about a misunderstood fee. He quickly explained what caused it, walked me through fixing it, and refunded the fees. He was extremely patient and clear spoken, someone should give that guy a raise!
