The overall product quality is good, and the customer service is commendable, with staff noted as very nice, kind, and personable. The store carries a wide range of national and private brands. However, inventory at a store was noted as low and with much outdated clothing. The portrait studio photographer was great and worked hard, though the studio could use a better sign outside. For anyone on a budget, it is a godsend with frequent sales and exclusive deals. It is described as a good, very together store, making shopping a fun experience.
Decent JCP, felt a little empty when I was last there, however, it may have been due to the time I was there. Seemed like good stock of items and good variety.

Black Friday checkout lines were very very slow moving.

Woman working is returns was very nice, I would go back just to see her. Inventory at store was low and much outdated ugly clothing. Sad to see these legacy stores dissappearing.
