“I have been with cricket for years they are excellent in customer service and the person who helped me was excellent and very knowledgeable about the different products. Unfortunately the phone I got is a lemon that has nothing to do with any other assistance I have recieved from cricket I am hoping for a good resolution for my phone and switching it out so I will leave more after I have my customer service resolution”
