He set me up with a new modem for my house. I can take this thing anywhere, plug it in.... Bam.... WiFi. It's the 5G Gateway. Go ask for it if you need something like that. Unfortunately the phone I got is a lemon that has nothing to do with any other assistance I have recieved from cricket I am hoping for a good resolution for my phone and switching it out so I will leave more after I have my customer service resolution”
