“You wouldn’t know it before you walk in the door, but this place is loaded with everything you ever imagined for fishing.! They have bait in there that you can only order online. If you want to find a specialty plastic or jig, etc. this is the place to go!”
“We've been to the Eden Prairie one only, so this was a great treat! Everyone was so nice that we encountered. There is a deal going on, that was sent in the mail to me, for $10 off $100, $25 off $ 250. Etc. We drove up here to shop, and had a good shopping experience. The woman in the shoe dept was super knowledgeable about shoes for men. We bought two pairs for my spouse. He tried on the Brunts too, but not in the budget for those, this time around. “I went to the St. Cloud location. It was superb in every way. I wanted a mid-level treadmill, and the wonderful young lady who helped me answered every question. I had it delivered a hundred miles from the store. The added fee was reasonable. The two men who installed were prompt, polite, and explained everything. No mess at all when they left. I will never shop at the regular fitness stores.”
“Rainbow play systems company as a whole is a fantastic company to do business with They have earned a customer for life. - Our journey started in Fargo on April 30tth - we customized and ordered a large system, to be delivered in June - The franchise in Fargo had issues - significant issues, and were not returning my calls. i contacted corporate in South Dakota, and once my receipt was verified, and payment in April confirmed, my order was shifted to St. Cloud, a date scheduled, and system delivered all on time, and without a hitch. I paid my balance, and no additional fees or costs or concerns about the original deal were ever discussed. Rainbow honored the original quote. St Cloud delivered, and setup at the end of July. The grandkids LOVE it. Isaac from St Cloud was spectacular.
My biggest callout goes to Bridgett in the South Dakota Head office. She took a very stressful/ tense situation, and made it work smooth as glass. It was not her doing, but she owned it, - she sorted it. Thank you.”
“Went in for a new pair of sneakers on Saturday. Had plenty of questions, and there was always someone there to answer them, without being pushy. Bought a pair of Skechers, but end up bring them back on Wednesday because they were a bit too small. Got them exchanged for another pair, and the process was quick and hassle free!”
