Just average, easier to go to the small Verizon store locations over the corporate store just cause service is more personalized and waiting here sometimes seems like forever.

Made an appointment to avoid waiting for a tech which was easy to do online. I needed a new phone and Samuel was amazing in helping with the selection process. Offering options but not pushing. Samuel is a wonderful asset to this team!
