“Even though we live in Little Falls, we're in St. Cloud often enough that Costco has become one of our regular stops. It's one of those places where you go in for a couple of things and somehow leave with a cart full of groceries, snacks, and something you didn't know you needed! 😄 The store is always clean, well-stocked, and the employees have been friendly and helpful whenever we've had a question. The prices and quality are hard to beat, especially for bulk items. And of course, no Costco trip feels complete without grabbing a hot dog or a slice of pizza before heading home. It's always a worthwhile stop when we're in town!”

“Only one complaint: The customers that drive in on the outside lane against the arrow. Sam's Club should install those retractable tire spikes, like they have on the exit of parking garages. Either that or, people caught doing it should receive life in prison! Otherwise, great prices on gas! Worth the wait if there is a line. Save 10¢ - 25¢ a gallon!”

“Good prices. Since COVID, it's been very good being clean and well stocked. Having the pay a membership to shop at a store seems foolish (hence 4 stars). Update 7.2.23: Items that were common are are often not available. Very hit and miss. Update 10.8.23: Items are still hit and miss. Update 3.30.24: Item selection has improved to what it once was, however some common items are still absent. Update 10.13.24: Prices are better than most places however still expensive to the point we are not purchasing some items.”

“We appreciate the money back at CostCo!!!The checks are a bit difficult for us , as we tend to forget about it by the time we reach the register. Living two hours away makes it difficult because our opportunities are few and far between. We were not in the know that we could use the check towards renewing our membership and had just done that. So, we were so elated when the " head cashier " offered to return an item and use our check to pay for said item. Phew !! Now we have no worries !! Thank you COSTCO !!Suggestion: think about having the money on an app, like TJMaxx. If you have this already, let the customer know when renewing membership THANK YOU COSTCO”

“It feels weird to write a 5-star review for a service I don't use, and I don't write reviews often. Well, I used them once to pick up a prescription after an ER visit. But they don't take my insurance it turns out, so I'm back at my old pharmacy. But in my 2 times interacting with them, they have been genuinely, incredibly kind. The pharmacist took a good amount of time trying to find a loophole around my insurance so that my son's ER med was more affordable. When I came back later with a follow-up question, they answered it and I let them know that I would be going back to my old pharmacy due to insurance. The woman, who knew I wasn't a future customer, asked how my son was doing and said we could visit their pharmacy anytime to say hi or chat. Literally the nicest group of people. Going to the pharmacy isn't exactly fun for anyone involved, but the genuine care that comes from this group makes me want to go back.”

“The staff at the Sam's Club in Saint Cloud are very friendly and extremely helpful. The couple of times I've had things go wrong, everyone has been very kind and accommodating. This is a far better experience than I have ever had at Costco (I've shopped at ones in Goleta, CA and Maple Grove, MN), where there are next to no staff, everyone is very inattentive and nobody wants to help you whatsoever. A good example of this is the returns process at Sam's Club versus the one at Costco. It's true that Costco has a very generous return policy, but at the Costco in Maple Grove, the service representative at the counter tried to shame me for returning things by saying, "you know, you're just being wasteful; we're going to throw all of this away." At Sam's Club, they've always taken returns I bring, no questions asked. Of particular interest to the Saint Cloud Sam's Club are the Country Hearth bread products, which I haven't been able to find at the Maple Grove Sam's Club! It could be that those products are actually made in Saint Cloud, but either way, I'm extremely happy about it. One deficit is that they don't stock certain sodas that I can get at the Maple Grove Sam's Club, but you can't have everything you want at one location, after all. They often have amazing sales, with mark-downs that make already-low-prices even lower, saving somebody like me (who has a very tight budget) quite a bit of money. Sam's Club is part of Walmart's corporate machine, which is well-known for being sleazy. However, unlike Costco, they don't go out of their way to hide it. While Costco may pay their employees $15 an hour, they have the same garbage practices that Sam's Club and Walmart do in other ways; when Sam's Club and Walmart built their new stores in Saint Cloud, they tore down an eagle preservation site. And when Costco built their new store, they tore down Heritage Park, which also acted as a preservation site. I'd rather shop with the corporation that doesn't pretend that its excrement doesn't stink, thank you very much.”
Sam's Club, the Walmart-owned warehouse retailer, announced it's launching pizza delivery nationwide, bringing its popular $8.98 Member's Mark 16-inch Hot Baked Pizza straight to customers' doorsteps. By the end of May, all Sam's Club members can order the oversized pies for express delivery through the retailer's app or website.
