“I walked in and spent a moment browsing (and looking confused), and the owner approached and asked what I was looking for. She was immediately able to bring me to several pieces in my size that fit what I was looking for. The pieces are high quality and the pricing is extremely competitive.Once I had what I needed, I was able to set my things down and browse- the other items (including clothing, jewelry, purses, shoes, etc.) I saw were similarly high quality and affordable.I also appreciated the owners' friendliness and attention to detail. She asked what I didn't like about a particular item so she would be able to better help people in the future. I really think this is an exceptional boutique!”

“Just honestly one of my favorite stores of all time! Over half of the clothes that I own are from here. There is also a great selection of plushies and accessories. The staff were all so friendly and helpful! I always have a great time when I stop in to see what new things they have in stock. If you’re an ARMY, they have lots of great BTS merch! ???”
“We were in the store this past Saturday, Oct 19. I found a white jacket in xl tall but it was too big. I returned it on Sunday, Oct 20 and and the associate, Rachel, helped me. “First time ever shopping at Chicos and I will be back, their staff were super nice, helpful and enthusiastic about helping my mom and I pick out outfits. Carol and Evonne rocked it and were very valuable in their input on our outfit choices. We were initially drawn in by the sale rack outside the store, otherwise we may have not gone in! Also signed up for the rewards program when Carl and Evonne let us know about what a great deal it was to sign up. Got an almost completely new wardrobe for a little more than $100, feel very satisfied and happy with my purchase and can’t wait to wear my new classy clothes :)”

“Amazing place. The lady's there were amazing and super helpful. I was searching for the littlest thing that you would think I could find somewhere else and I find it in a small owner shop. And while I'm there I also find some local crafter arts project that I can do with my kids as well. Would have never went in the store to begin with not thinking it was for me but will definitely be going back.”
“The first thing I can say is WOW! I am SO impressed with this location!!! I went in with a good friend to look for a few casual items. Found a few very nice dresses that I wasn't intentionally looking for and tried them on. The two ladies that were helping were so attentive, calling me by name and asking how things were fitting, grabbing different dresses in the same size and giving critical feedback. I've never felt so welcome in a store in my life. I left with more than I came for but I could not have been ANY happier with the items I purchased. They also let me know about the website and the shipping since I don't have a location near me and I wish I could bring these wonderful ladies with me!”

“My favorite department store in this Mall at Crossroads center. Great place for picking out clothes and shoes of quality brand, especially when they go on Sale or Clearance. Macy's now offers store curbside pick up for online orders too! Awesome place to shop. My only reservation for not giving it 5 stars is they do not have much staff/employees on the floor in case u need help w something.”
