“Worked with Jackie and Brian (manager). Both are very passionate about providing quality service to customers, and will go the extra mile to make sure you drive out happy.
I had an issue with some tight scheduled deadlines and they got me my car back on time. When I left, an unfortunate incident occured, as I left the tire warning on my guage went off and I found a nail in the tire - a slow leak indicating it must have happened a day or 2 prior and not been noticed as it was slow.
I called and spoke with Brian and he offered to replace or fix the tire right away. They tried to fix but it wasnt fixable so they just ordered an exact replacement and had it sent in, on their dime, with no arguments.
Overall great people, from the front desk to the management and I drove away completely satisfied with the shop.”

“Best shop in the twin cities for your European cars! I reached out to Ratified after purchasing my new to me x3 m40i to have all the fluids replaced. They contacted me back quickly and provided precise quotes for the major service I requested. They provided a very reasonable quote compared to BMW Minnetonka (they wanted WAYYY too much money).
I was running late to my appointment and the team at Ratified was very understanding. They reached out to me to check in and confirmed they have a loaner ready. It was awesome to drive an Audi for the first time! Overall, working with Ratified was a smooth easy process.
