They contacted me back quickly and provided precise quotes for the major service I requested. They provided a very reasonable quote compared to BMW Minnetonka (they wanted WAYYY too much money).
I was running late to my appointment and the team at Ratified was very understanding. They reached out to me to check in and confirmed they have a loaner ready. It was awesome to drive an Audi for the first time! Overall, working with Ratified was a smooth easy process. Constant update on my vehicle notifying me if anything came up or confirming if everything is looking good! Great service from the service advisor and the rest of the team. They ar extremely knowledgeable and made me feel confident I can trust them with my vehicle. They will be my only shop I go to moving forward for routine maintenance and future aftermarket modifications.”

“I scratched my car in my parking garage (2nd time in the same spot) and brought my car to Caliber Collision for an estimate on getting it repaired (this time out-of-pocket). Mustafa was amazing. He recommended I buy a touch up pen and offered to do a touch up job free of charge and just bring my car back to Caliber Collision anytime. Great customer service. The entire team is very cohesive. I observed another customer come in requesting extra work get done on his car and they validated his concern, got the manager involved, and planned to fix his car free of charge. Definitely would recommend them and I’d definitely go back if I needed any autobody work done in the future.”
“I had to have one of the turbos replaced in my S6. I looked around at options. The quality of the info I received from Eurocharged, the thoroughness of the estimate, and the price of the job itself was better than what I received from anyone else, including the Audi dealership. The S6 is back running the way it should. The guys here are super helpful and it feels like they actually care about doing good work on your car.”
