SUZ Thompson made me feel very comfortable and actually listen to me on what I wanted and very patient, understanding not like the other stores I’ve gone to. With no pressure at all to purchase anything. + They have fans in the dressings rooms with lots of bottled water for you.”

“I’ve been here a couple times—once for a bridesmaid dress to be hemmed, and most recently for a custom job of turning a dress into a skirt.
The bridesmaid dress was done on time, exactly as expected, and reasonably priced.
The skirt…… oh. my. goodness. My tailor, Phuong, has superpowers. I came in 5 minutes before closing on a Saturday with a custom rush job to be done by the following Wednesday (with them closed on Sunday), and it was done less than 48 hours later! She went above and beyond to make it even more perfect than I could’ve possibly imagined. I was quoted $100 upfront for the job, which I initially thought was pretty steep but agreed anyway (since I was desperate for the rush), but after the project being completed so fast and SO WELL DONE, this price was definitely fair. I’m truly blown away at how amazing the skirt turned out. Thank you Phuong!!!!

“I wanted a customized wedding dress because it was important to me that I had a dress that was made to fit my body. Deborah took all of my ideas and came up with a design I loved. I enjoyed the entire process and looked forward to each visit where I got to come to the studio first to see her design and pick out fabric and then to try it on in various stages. Deborah’s passion for what she does shines through. My dress was so beautiful and I felt beautiful in it. I’ve even tried it on again since my wedding because it’s so fun to twirl! As someone with body issues, I highly recommend going through this process with Deborah, she helped me feel comfortable and beautiful.”

All five of my top choices were from this shop, and Nikolina is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Beyond the sustainability and nostalgia of a vintage dress, their gowns are stunning. I promise that they have something for everyone. I tried on many dresses I never would have considered and I'm so glad I did. I still get so many compliments on my dress, and it's unlike anything I'd ever seen before. I couldn't even find a picture of it online (believe me, I tried). The collection of unique, beautiful, and vintage gowns blew me away. It was so fun to try on dresses from so many different decades. They are also really good about working within your budget. I had previously been to multiple other vendors in the Twin Cities and the sales experience and especially the dress selections were really below average which made me anxious about ever finding anything I might like within my budget.Cue Anthropologie.I loved every single dress on the Anthropologie wedding website because the catalog looked timeless, chic, and elegant and this prompted me to book an appointment with a local store (which I was able to secure the same week). The dresses were a bit above my original budget, but what I saw online was so promising that I was willing to go above what I had in mind. Best. Decision. Ever.I nearly wept publicly from relief when I tried on the first dress in the store. The fabric, fit, and design of their inventory is UNMATCHED in comparison to any "traditional" bridal shops in the Twin Cities. The store associates were incredibly helpful, friendly, and deeply knowledgeable about styles. They were able to assess my preferences and pulled dresses beyond what I had originally wanted to try, and I loved every single one.Truly so beyond happy with the experience (I found THE dress!!) and will refer my friends to this location for anything wedding-related. 10/10 experience!!
