“I had quite the hard drive crash/failure a few weeks ago and brought it into multiple stores who told me flat out it was going to cost upwards of $2500-4500 to send out and try to retrieve data (with little explanation as to why). I brought it to Austin based on a friend's reco and he did a diagnostic - he was so kind and thoughtful in his explanation of what was wrong with the device so I actually understood the issue.Though the drive was truly beyond repair without sending it out to a company who could replace such intricate parts (heading toward the higher end of pricing), Austin tried everything he could to resolve or pull any possible data for me. This drive held some important files and in a stressful time period, he instilled a lot of trust and made me feel like he was looking out for me.I HIGHLY recommend Austin and will definitely be going to him for any future issues!”

We needed a scanner for our inventory count coming up- Dallas at QB services was able to answer all my questions before I purchased to make sure we were purchasing the right scanner for our needs. Then, unfortunately, the scanner did not make it on the truck for the next day shipment I requested, BUT Bryce called the next morning told me what happened and said he and Dallas would be hand delivering my scanner that day, as well as installing it for us, and making sure I knew how to use it before he left! I don't know how it could get much better than that. Thank you so much Dallas and Bryce, you made a normally stressful time of a year a breeze! “Apple at Ridgedale Center is spacious, clean-clean-clean, and has a complete inventory of their products. The greater value is smart staff. These people know their products and the software tricks only a seasoned user and well trained staffers can offer. Hands on classes are active everytime I've been in. I upgrade and iPad, iPhone, and iWatch often enough to keep me happy with new features to experience. This Apple Store and Ridgedale is my place to go. The online Apple store has sharp staff who help me make decisions on trade-ins to upgrade and answer my questions.”
“After trying to get my iPhone 12 mini battery replaced at two other stores, I ended up at MOA (thankfully the store is located on the first floor, close to entrances on the west side, so it was easy to get to quickly).It was like the great Apple service experience I remember from the Uptown store (miss that store!). They were fast, efficient, kind, and not patronizing. The phone was ready when they promised it would be. They mentioned that if my old phone didn't survive the procedure, they would replace it and it appears they did just that! Third time was a charm. The first time would have been better, but now I know to just go to MOA.”
“My experience at the Genius Bar at the Southdale Mall location in Edina, MN. was amazing.I had made an online appointment prior to going (suggested, but not necessary but you may have to wait). As soon as I arrived I was greeted by associate by the name of Preston. He was amazingly kind, patient and knowledgeable. He worked on my phone for over an hour.While the issue was not able to be resolved he was able to make an telephone appointment with the phone tech people for the next day, he also put a new screen saver on my device, picked out the right charging cords and at my request signed me up for Apple care and damage replacement, etc. If. If you see Preston, say HELLO from Amy. ?Honestly, the entire staff is amazing!”

“Microcenter's service and expertise is second to none. You could walk into their store knowing nothing about computers and walk out with the know-how and parts to build your own computer from scratch.The only thing I don't like about them is that they offer specific quality products, but not necessarily the most affordable options. That said, they do that to give their customers only the best products and the best experience possible.Edit: 2024I just built a custom gaming PC 100% at Microcenter. It was a great experience. That said, I had some anoying crashes after a couple months and had to have the computer diagnosed. They charged me $40 for it, which bummed me out, but it turned out to be an outdated bios/windows issue. They gave me a detailed report showing all my components were still good.”
