“Over the past several years, Brendan Halleran has been our financial planner. He listened to our goals and plans, as my husband was heading toward retirement. Unexpectedly, my husband became ill and underwent multiple brain surgeries, spending 8 months in hospitals and rehabs. Just prior to that, we purchased a home in Tennessee and began some work on the new house. Unfortunately, his illness caused him to become a parapalegic, stalling our work on the house. Brendan assured us we were still in good shape through all of this. We were never able to return to our home in Minnesota. At some point, we had multiple pipes burst that destroyed our home and contents in Minnesota. Brendan has been by our side, navigating the impossible. He put us in touch with many great resources and checked in on us frequently and supported us through such difficult times. I can't say enough about his character. He truly cares about his clients wellbeing. He's amazing at what he does and we don't know what we would have done without him. He's not just our advisor, he's become family. We'll done Brendan!”

I arrived a bit earlier than my husband and instead of having me wait in the lobby, she invited me into her office for friendly banter. She then was able to get me set up with a checking account to save an additional 1/4 point off the loan (person we had worked with not at this branch did not inform of this savings option). “My brother and I brought our 92 year old mother in to obtain required signatures for my father's IRA accounts that were not held with Fidelity. I initially met with Ryan to review the two different forms that needed to be signed as my mom and brother were traveling from Iowa specifically to get the signatures. Ryan got the forms reviewed and determined that he thought Fidelity could assist. Then when we came in for our appointment, we met with Cooper who was very helpful in guiding us through the process with suggestions as the forms were not Fidelity forms. It was a longer process than expected but Cooper persisted in assisting us and answering our questions. We got to the end result that we needed - thank you Ryan and Cooper!”
