I dropped my vehicle off Monday morning and the entire process felt smooth and easy. Communication was clear and each step was detailed and explained well. I want to shout out Eric for being very professional and giving superb service. He shows pride in his work and goes above and beyond in everything he does.
Truthfully, I brought my vehicle in weeks prior and had a rough experience with communication and insurance issues that were quite frustrating. I have gone here for several things: oil change, tire rotation, needing work such as new battery, new tires, new spark plugs, etc. staff have always been honest when it comes to the work that needs to be done and they give honest pricing. My most recent visit, my muffler cracked and was dragging. They got my car in right away and assessed the issue. They gave me two prices, one that they could get done right away and another one if I could wait a few days, they could get a lower price. I initially just got it inspected and it was free but went in to get further testing. Only 4 stars because they left my lights on when I got back to my car.
