I have never ever had anyone offer to help. It means the world to our family to have them care enough to check on us. The store that we were in was in Rochester Mn. I thought people would like to know that they care about others there. I will definitely be going back there. Thank you again Rochester costco employees...”

“Got the complete package and had to get it detailed twice. The seats were still dirty and stained, missed several spots and had dirt accumulated again due to windows rolled down out in the open. They still missed one spot after the 2nd attempt. I would still use them again due to convenience but you have to go over things with them in detail and point out things they might have missed.”

“Not sure. If this is from you, let's triangle, but whoever's driving these semis need to really slow down pay, there's too many of these accidents. And these semis really don't seem to care. My best friend is a trucker. He trucks all over the country. He sees the people he sees the accidents. He's been doing it for almost 40 plus years. So please slow down, especially when you got the name of the vehicle, right in front of you. Everybody sees it, you kill someone. “I have been ordering cycling jerseys, bibs, socks, and various accoutrements for years from Twin Six and have always loved what I got. Recently, they went above and beyond in customer service and I wanted to share. I'm a big fan of the T-shirt of the Month (TOTM), and ordered two of the January 2024 version for my husband and me. Unfortunately there was a problem with the new printer, and TS didn't get complete stock to fulfill their orders, including one of my shirts. Not only did TS offer me a refund and/or a replacement, but they also offered me an additional "gift" T-shirt for the inconvenience! That was pretty darn awesome, and went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you to Ginny, and to Twin Six in general for the excellent customer service.”

“Not much information from a trucker so I'll leave this review for others!! This is a very nice facility to come to - I was unloaded pretty quick and the dude to meet us at the door and unload us was SUPER nice!! It was my first time going through snow and I was late, but he was super nice about it and congratulated me on navigating the road and making it there safely. They have restrooms, and MIGHT let you park somewhere nearby. It all depends on your appointment time and who's working. Our appointment time was at 1:30am, and signs say recieving doesn't open until 6am, but honestly just try your luck and head straight there! We did, and we got in the gate before 6am. To actually get here, you'll have to cross the railroad tracks and go all the way around the block. Its basically a one-way and theres a sign at the tracks saying DONT TURN LEFT. You'll see a "9 ton weight limit" when you go straight, but dont worry about it. Keep going straight. Its an old sign. Youll see other trucks coming and going past the sign at other facilities. When you see the big Amerisource letters, and the employee parking in the front, keep going down the road to the back of the building. You'll see trucks before you see the gate! To check in, you're gonna go in the first door on the corner of the building. That's also where the restrooms are. Very easy backing, just hard when everything is covered in snow! I had a 1:30am appointment time though, so the snow plows didn't start coming until after I got into a door.”
“The ppl are friendly I came earlier than my appointment so I had to wait which was fine they have limited parking for overnight but I was able to say on property Royal Food is all the way to the back when you come in the gate it says it's a mental place but your in the right spot you just have to keep going to the back I was a lil confused I didn't see a sign from the way I came in until I had to turn around but good place to deliver”

“Came in on 169 got off on 7thstreer and made my way around to the entrance. So a couple of truck busters this way however it took me to the right place. Hint go right off exit then r I ght again when you get to UNFI go left around to 3rd street and follow the building to the entrance. Get there early the gate is packed. We went to frozen/ fresh doors parked and then in a door. Quick unloading easy lumper and back out under 2 hours full truck. Have a goid day drivers”
