“I know zip about key fob batteries- didn’t even know there was a key in the fob ? Zach got both of the fobs sorted out, showed me that one was better to use than the other (less worn) and all done efficiently, no fuss, also without making me feel like an idiot! At the end of a long day, the excellent customer service was so refreshing. Thanks again Zach. Btw - also addressed new customers coming in with ease and politeness as they waited their turn. Management take note. It’s rare to have staff like him!”
“I stopped to pick up custom paint that I ordered and some parts. I was greeted by two of the staff (in photo) with big smiles. Jay was one of them and I mentioned to him that he has been in the store awhile and he made a few funny comments. I remember Jay on a few of my visits over the last few years and he consistently provides positive customer service and knowledge of auto parts. I felt it important after several visits to give kudos to this store.BTW- if you are in need of custom paint for your car, they can assist. They don’t mix the paint at this store but they can help find an exact match and then order it from another store and have it delivered to the Elk River location. I have done this a few times with great success.”

“I WOULD GIVE 10 STARS IF I COULD!! This was the best experience ever. My car would not start. I first went to NAPA across the street and the employee there said I had 60% battery and did not know how to start my car when I had to turn it off. I went to O’Reilly and said my battery was dead and leaking. They had changed it out in 2 minutes. The whole process took 5 minutes. It was extremely fast! They even checked my life on my alternator and starter. 200 bucks for a battery later and I was good to go!!! Thank you Luke and the other male employee for helping me tonight.”

“I had a check engine light pop up on my dash on a sunday and thankfully saw that O'Reilly's was open. Stopped in and asked to see if they could check what the issue was and Trevor was more than happy to help. He was very friendly and explained what the issue was in detail and helped us reset it. Thankfully it was nothing big. He was very knowledgeable with what he was doing and does a great job of explaining the issue. I truly appreciate customer service.”
