“Store owners were EXTREMELY helpful when my car broke down by the Mini-Mart. They helped me take a look at my vehicle and arranged for a local tow truck to come help me out when AAA was unable to get someone there for an additional 2.5 hours. All on New Year's Day. “Wow, I used to stop here regularly back in the mid-late '90s during my summer job out in the sunflower fields (Breckenridge, MN-based SIGCO Research & Mycogen Seeds). Our little van crew would stop here to eat on our lunch break, cool off inside, and buy snacks and ice cold drinks. Looking at these pictures, everything appears just as I remember it! What a time capsule! I live in Detroit Lakes nowadays and I think I'm going to have to make a special trip over there this summer just to visit for old time's sake!! Don't ever change, Don & Dave's!!!”
