The only way to schedule a service appointment is to call Pete.I would like to report back on this review that Pete called me the very next morning to see what he could do to remedy the problem I was having. It is very possible that I am at fault by being on the wrong website. I will bring in my computer at my service appointment to figure out what I did wrong.House Chevrolet has been my only service provider since buying my vehicle from them in 2016. They have always gone out of their way, especially Pete Schreiber their service manager, to provide the very best in customer relations and service. His fast response and eagerness to solve my problems only exemplifies their commitment to the finest principles of customer relations and service. I received a call from Gary on the Friday before my appointment, reminding me of my appointment. I brought my car in on November 10 and received a call on November 13 that my car was repaired and ready for me to pick up. My car looks like new!!
