I truly think it’s because they have such an amazing manager, NASH :) I will never bank with any other place because of his team and how well they have treated us. Customer service is KEY and they get it! Linh is also very sweet and always greets us and our children. So happy we bank with Ideal, I hope they know how truly blessed they are to have the people at this branch ❤️”

“11/7/23 - Love Lake Elmo Bank Stillwater! One of the young tellers Matingly is always so helpful and genuine. She really has a knack for us who don’t know much about their accounts! I always feel so lucky when she’s the one helping me. She always goes above and beyond to help me, best teller there! Always sure to make a personal connection! I’ve also had the pleasure to work with a banker named Jake who definitely deserves a raise, he’s amazing at what he does. Also very kind and genuine! I’m so happy I decided to move my accounts to Lake Elmo bank, one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. All those young bankers I’ve met are very kind. As well as this one man who works in the drive up! Would recommend this bank to anyone! Shout out Matingly, Jake, and guy in the drive up! Outstanding jobs you do!2/7/23 - UPDATE: the man in the drive ups name is Carter, is truly amazing I was in again on Saturday and it was quite busy, always the same amazing two tellers were there like always! Although the line was getting longer these 2 swiftly got through it. Both running back and forth making it look easy. They are both so personable and kind, they make every customer feel like they are the only one in there and never rush us old folk. I could never do what these two young people do. If you ever need to go to Lake Elmo Bank ask for Matingly, she is hands down the best teller I’ve worked with and I think I’ve seen most of them! Kudos again Matingly and Carter, I can guarantee they don’t pay you 2 enough for what you do.”

“I have always had courteous service from this bank and the one in Lakeland when I lived there...but then I am courteous to them as well. Perhaps some of these complainers should look to themselves as possibly surly customers who blame the bankers for short staffing when it is so difficult to hire workers who want to and will work an 8 hour day.”

“The service is always passively friendly at this location and I've never had an issue, but today the lady who came and talked to me at the counter was beyond amazing. She went out of her way to make conversations with me even though she wasn't the one helping me, she made eye contact and asked genuine questions about my day. It was so nice to leave there feeling a little lighter. Absolutely superb customer service. She had a red striped dress. I didn't catch her name but I hope her skill set with people is recognized!”
