“Maggie McDonough was such a kind-hearted person to me as she helped me apply for a loan. I'm looking into beginning my credit and I'm dealing with a bit of a tragic identity theft situation and Maggie worked with me anyways and is willing to push an application through and see what we can do. I'm really impressed by her excellent customer service and kind-hearted and patient nature as I rambled through some of the things I've had to go through to get to this point. She was very compassionate and clearly loved her job and cares for her clients.
Thank you Maggie for treating me like I'm a person and not a burden. Other banking institutions in the area have treated me coldly or just not made time for me at all. Even if I don't get approved, I know you did your best for me and I'm grateful for your time. I believe that you should have an entire Bank under your own wing and you as the leader because folks like you should be the ones making decisions. Kindness and empathy like yours was really something I appreciated. I've been through a lot of pain and struggles but I've never given up.
You gave me a reason to feel just a little bit of Hope and for that I'm grateful. This location clearly has the best of the best working for it. The front desk lady who set up my appointment as well, I didn't get her name but she was also very kind and joyfully energetic. It felt more like I was walking into a warm home rather than a financial institution.
