She was simultaneously transferring information across different phones for different customers, and what could have easily been a stressful situation was handled with total professionalism, calm confidence, and impressive organization. She communicated clearly, stayed focused, and never once appeared overwhelmed. By the time everything was finished, each customer left completely satisfied. T-Mobile is fortunate to have someone like Autumn on their team, and she absolutely deserves recognition from management for the professionalism, patience, and high-level multitasking skills she demonstrated.”

“Steve and his crew were fantastic, the previous crew that came to bury my neighbor's fiber line cut mine and Steve found the problem quickly and got the splicer guy to come out the same day to splice and get me up and running. Very personable and did his job professionally with the utmost care and consideration and respect for my property. The rest of his crew was also very friendly and professional, they took great care not to damage our neighbor's fiber line and hand dug 10 feet in the hard soil. Would have this crew come back anytime I need work done!!!”

“We have been using Blue Horizon for several years at the Saint Paul Yacht Club. We have about 180 users on the system, and have experienced very few problems. They are very responsive to calls, and nearly always respond to voicemail questions within an hour. Any issues are resolved quickly, usually within 12 hours, and in most cases are handled remotely. Our previous provider would take days to respond or even answer a phone call or voicemail message.”
