Nala is super feisty and cried the entire car ride—she even managed to get herself out of her carrier. I was honestly nervous about how it would go, but Cassie handled her with so much patience and care. When I came back an hour and a half later, Nala was calm, relaxed, and sitting quietly in her carrier—not a single meow. She looked beautiful, and you could tell she’d been treated gently and professionally. Cassie did an amazing job, and we’ll definitely be back!

Jen is amazing and does an amazing job both with grooms and helping our dogs have a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I will forever take my dog here- her first grooming experience (at a different groomer) left her traumatized and Jen has taken the time to help her feel comfortable and has helped her so much. Not to mention we all get cute aggression when they get back from their time there, she does a perfect job every single time!!

Head over there Tuesdays to support local no-profits. Beer was great as always and had an enjoyable chat with the barkeep.

We did order oysters and I realize it was the wrong time of year but they were served at room temp on a bed of wilted greens. That was disappointing considering the cost. Oysters are served on ice. Our server was good, had to wait a bit for our check. The restaurant is busy and very cramped. The history of the building is very interesting.

All day breakfast is a plus, especially if you like pancakes at dinner. Theirs are marvelous. Chainsaw Chicken sandwich wonderful as are their burgers. Ambiance is wonderful, very cozy, roomy and warm. Perfect place to relax.

6428 Manning Ave N, StillwaterMy first time at Saint Croix vineyards was for the wicked run wine this weekend. My breastmilk chiller container would not open due to the humidity sealing it shut and the staff here went above and beyond to find me a bag of ice from the bar. I was beyond grateful for their kindness.
Not to mention the wine flights and wine were delicious as will as the apple brat & apple oatmeal

The Tilted Tiki Tropical Bar & Restaurant
324 Main St S, StillwaterStopped by The Tilted Tiki for a quick drink during a birthday celebration, and honestly, they handled our big group like champs. The service was super fast and really friendly, which I appreciated considering we rolled in with 20 people. They were out of some of the fun tiki cups I had ordered, which was a little disappointing, but the drinks themselves were tasty and surprisingly strong. It was a short visit, but was filled with fun vibes and great service. Overall it is a solid spot to grab a drink if you're wandering around Stillwater. I would definitely stop by again!

We ordered eggs Benedict, calamari, caesar salad & wild mushroom flatbread. everything was exceptional except calamari which was NOT the chef's fault. their supplier failed to remove the membrane which made the calamari difficult to chew. the aioli was fantastic! Our server was delightful & we will be back again

241 Main Street South, StillwaterWe stopped in for a quick bite and found a new favorite. Lolito has a great menu so it was difficult to choose. We needed something on the lighter side. We went with barbacoa octopus which was smoky and a touch spice with some mild jalapeños and the elote. We finished it all off with some guacamole and were perfectly satiated. It was quiet on this Monday at lunch and I would highly recommend. Sorry I forgot to take pictures before we ate it all.

305 Water St S, StillwaterThe Freight House is enough of an experience in itself to make the food sort of play second fiddle. It's all good and quite value priced. Super kid and whole gang friendly, pets welcome on the large patio. Staff friendly and accommodating. Try the Chicken Wild Rice soup. It's the best in the city.

1490 W Frontage Rd, StillwaterI don't understand the 3.5 star rating this restaurant gets. I think the food is quite good. The buffet of cooked foods is very large and varied with a very large number of choices. Fresh-cooked food is constantly being brought out, there are vegetarian choices as well as dishes with seafood, beef, chicken, and pork. They use a lot of fresh vegetables in their many varied stir fry dishes. They also have a big salad bar, and they also have a large bar where you assemble veggies and various thin cut meats and sauces to have the chef cook them on the Mongolian grill. One hint: add lots of sauce so your grill dish will come out juicy. If all that wasn't enough, they have a self serve soft serve station, a dessert bar, fresh cut up fruit, and non-alcoholic drinks are included. Ambience and service are good. Casual but nice. To top it off, the all inclusive price is very very reasonable. I heartily recommend it.
