One lady was kind enough to pull out a bunch of coupons and find one that applied to my purchase, without me asking for it at all. On another occasion a guy stopped what he was doing (again without my asking) to mention that I could get a bigger discount on my purchase by logging into my PetSmart account to activate it. And I’ve had folks offer to help carry larger items out to my car—which, as a petite mom with three kids in tow, I genuinely needed! These people are so very kind and I hugely appreciate it!

The vet and technicians were timely, respectful, and invested. I felt heard, validated, and like my dog's wellbeing was their top priority. My appointment was the last of the day. It would have been easy for them to push me through quickly so they could end their day. Instead they answered every question I had and explained everything to me in easy to understand terms. They didn't pressure me to make quick decisions and instead gave me information so I could choose what was best for my dog's lifestyle. After only one appointment, they have gained my loyalty and respect. If you are on the fence about which vet to choose, please highly consider this one. The prices are fair and the people are phenomenal. I grew up on a farm, have had animals my whole life, and have interacted with countless vets. Through all of that, this was one of my best experiences yet. I am thrilled to have found a partner I trust to care for my dog.

The staff is so caring with the animals. The cats get large kennels with their own litter boxes and food area. The also get the ability to come out of their kennels one at a time to walk around.
Dogs area is loud as kennels tend to be. Dogs go outside for playtime. They group the dogs by temperament. Our dog is 50 pounds and very timid. She is typically grouped with the smaller, calmer dogs.

220 Lake Street North Suite 106, Forest LakeOur family came in for dinner on Saturday, Oct. 10 and I wanted to take a moment to recognize Andrea, a waittresd who truly went above and beyond during out stop.
The funny thing is, Andrea wasn't even our waitress! She was taking care of the table next to us.The person who seated us and the person who took our order were different, and unfortunately, after our initial food and drink order, we never saw our waitress again.
My dad happened to stop Andrea to ask for silverware. Not only did she bring it, but she noticed our drinks were empty, asked what we were having, and brought us refills. From that point on, every time she came to check on the table next to us, she made a point to make sure we didn't need anything.
After waiting quite a while without seeing our waitress, we asked Andrea if she could check whether our food order had actually been put in. Without hesitation, she went to find out and reassured us that it had. She also noticed my dad's beer was almost empty, offered to get him another, and brought it right out.We started feeling bad because we kept needing things, and here she was taking care of us when we weren't even her customet! We knew she had her own customers to tend to, but not once did she make us feel like we were bothering her.Eventually, our food arrived, but again, we didn't see anyone afterward.I'm not sure if Saturday nights are always that busy or if things were just a little unorganized that evening, but I can say with certainty that Andrea made a huge difference in our experience. She noticed the little things, took initiative, and treated us like we were her own table, even though we weren't.
One thing worth mentioning is that the outdoor seating area at the front of the restaurant has very little, if any, lighting after dark. By the time we left, we were having a difficult time seeing, so that's something to keep in mind if you're dining outside in the evening.
We didn't get tk say goodbye tk her, bit we hope that our review reaches her. Thank you, Andrea! Your kindness and attentiveness carried with us through today. We're willing to give Mallards another try... We just might choose a night other than a busy Saturday next time!.
