When North Country discovered that my vehicle did not need brakes, or even new pads, they called and told us, and did not just replace them. I am so grateful for their honesty! “I've went here twice now for 2 accidents that weren't my fault. The 1st one the car was technically totalled, we could have fixed it with the insurance money but Gregg explained there could be other possible issues, etc. All in all it became obvious it was better to buy a new car vs fixing a car that required expensive parts and could potentially double in cost once they started digging into it. He talked himself out of a sale and kept my best interest at the forefront!Fast forward few years later and someone hit my brand new car. Gregg's team not only made sure to get us good parts (state farm wanted to use cheap non OEM parts), they also fixed an unrelated small dent I had from someone hitting me when I wasn't in the car (parked), and detailed the car for free! I've had other body shops do work in the past and suffice it to say, Gregg's is by far the best!!The last thing I want to deal with in an accident is the headache of fixing it, arguing with insurance about parts, pricing, etc. Instead I skipped all that by supporting a quality small business while making my life easier at the same time.Thanks again Gregg's!”

“I was quoted like $1300 at other shops to repair a couple light little scratches. I knew I was being ripped off so I bought a scratch remover kit to do it myself. Before I got a chance to use it I ran across these folks. I brought my vehicle in and they quoted me 80 bucks! I figured for that price I might as well let the professionals do it and I'm so glad I did. The scratches are gone, I mean gone! “Came in for XPEL XR Plus Ceramic Tint and the Pristine team completed my car within a few hours from the time I called to see if they could take me same day to finish They were able to answer my many questions as well as accommodate my many demands in an efficient & timely manner. I went with Full Ceramic 30% all around including the windshield and full rear window to be done in a 1 Piece to avoid that pesky line that appears when people try to blend in the factory roof tint to the rear window tint.The Pristine team was friendly and awesome with nothing short of excellent service. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any work.”

“About a year ago, I realized that I had a hole in the floor of my car behind the driver’s seat. I went to several shops to try to get an estimate to get it fixed, but they all said they would not even do the work. I found only two shops (this being one of them) that offered to do the work to fix the rust hole.Terry was able to give me a cost estimate that day by just bending over and looking under the car. He explained exactly what he intended to do for this unusual repair job (take out the seats, pull back the carpet, cut out the rust, bolt in a new sheet of metal, seal it, and add a protective finish underneath). He got me scheduled right away and did a great job fixing the hole in the floor.Just a month ago, I returned to the shop because I had another rust hole in the floor under the driver’s feet. I called Terry and explained my issue and he told me to drive over so he could give me an estimate. We scheduled a date to fix it a few weeks out because he wanted to work on it on the weekend when he would have less distractions. Unfortunately, the hole got bigger quickly so I called him back asking to get in sooner. I was very pleased that he was able to fit me in that very weekend.Same great service and he even took photos to show me how bad the rust was and what it looked like during and after the repair.Terry is great to work with, provides great service and at an unbeatable price! Both times, I was worried the cost would be much higher than the estimate bc he was providing the estimate before looking under the carpet, but he actually charged me just under the estimate both times! I will definitely return for my future auto body repairs!”

I forgot to ask him to also touch up the side door which had minor rust from a ding years earlier. He proactively noticed it and patched it up. What a great surprise!
