“I never write reviews, but Metro Printer deserve some praise. They fixed my out of date Xerox printer - paper feed assembly failure. No after market or OEM parts were available for this printer. Using intuition, experience and going the extra mile they have my printing running like new again. Xerox was of absolutely no help to debug the problem initially, so I gave Metro a try to see if they could just look at it and identify the problem. They went beyond what I expected and so very grateful for the performance and courtesy of their team.”
