“Picked up some lawn fertilizer and some pelletized lime the other day and had to return one of the bags because of a problem with the pelotization looked like it maybe gotten wet. I just want to say how helpful home Depot is on their returns and I'd like to say thank you to the gentleman that help me did a great job that's why I shop here.”

“I have been here several times and every time staff is always friendly and helpful! I had some issues with my Menards countertops and Adam helped me through every issue to get me taken care of and happy! This management team will go above and beyond to take care of you! One other thing I really like is I had an item that was over 90 days since date of purchase but never opened and in original packaging and Menards took it back no questions asked and gave me store credit which was great! I’ve done the same thing at Home Depot and they won’t let you return anything at all for any reason even if it was never opened if it’s after 90 day window. With doing big projects 90 days goes by quick and pumped Menards could help out on that end!”
