“This place is phenomenal. This place is the poster child for you can compete, and beat, big box stores. Focus 100% on customer service and you will win. For example, the person at this store took the time to deeply explain dishwashers to us. Her knowledge saved my wife and I from making a basic mistake and costing us 1k. I deeply appreciate the time she took to give us this great explanation when most big box sales store employees are too new and too lazy to take the time. Plus, they likely don’t even know what we were told. Please keep up the great work and focus on customer satisfaction. Period. You are doing well!”

“The Home Depot in the St. Cloud /Waite Park area is one of those places we find ourselves at more often than planned. We live in Little Falls, but since we’re in St. Cloud pretty regularly, it’s become a reliable stop for home projects, repairs, and the occasional “we’ll just grab one thing” trip that never stays that simple. 😄

The store is big, well-organized, and usually has a solid selection of whatever we’re looking for—tools, lumber, paint, or all the little things that somehow become essential mid-project. Staff have been helpful whenever we’ve needed guidance, and it’s nice when someone can quickly point you in the right direction instead of wandering the aisles.

Overall, it’s a dependable place that makes tackling home improvement projects easier. Whether it’s a planned project or a spontaneous fix-it mission, it’s a store we can count on.”

“This was our 2nd Menards for the day to pick up an online order. The 1st one was in Alexandria where the pellet totes were picked but not the lids for them. Turned out they had no lids for them. Sadly I had to cancel my order. I immediately moved on to the St. Cloud store where I had ordered the same product. This time they picked 3 containers and 1 lid all while the pellet tote has a big black & white sticker saying DON'T FORGET THE LID FOR THIS TOTE. After chasing the customer service guy through the store, this order was able to get placed completely. It took longer than it should of and had very little convenience to what should have been a simple in and out deal.”
