“Great customer service, great communication, they arrived when they said they would, the service technician did a great job explaining what was wrong with the current refrigerator and gave us on the spot costs to repair and explained options to replace or repair. We chose to replace and the salesperson explained options and so we purchased a new freezer. The scheduling for the delivery was communicated perfectly.
