“I switched from Verizon and saved 50 percent of what I was paying. The employees at this store were very impressive. It was very busy in there (probably because it's so much cheaper then everyone else). Switching phone is a stressful thing to do and I watched and experienced the employees calmly resolve everyone's problems. Come in here with a little patience and these guys will take care of you. I believe the gentleman i worked with was TJ he new his stuff very well. Wish I could give more then 5 stars”

“I was incredibly surprised with the ease of access I was granted through Spectrum. I just moved to a new town and I needed to set up internet immediately. I called spectrum they set me up with an incredible package over the phone and I was able to pick up my equipment from a local Spectrum shop within 30 minutes. I was able to walk into a spectrum and walk out with my equipment in probably a minute and a half. Needless to say, I was impressed.”
