“I am a Luxury Travel Advisor from the Wayzata area and have stayed in the best hotels on the planet (This year alone I stayed in 30 properties). This week, we needed to be out of our house for 2 nights and elected to stay at the Landing Hotel. Our family of 4 stayed in the Presidential Suite and were completely wowed. Living a mile from the lake, I was surprised how much I loved and utilized the location. (it is 80 on Oct 3rd, so the weather is in our favor) but we walked to breakfasts, lunches & dinners. The sunset from our room was spectacular. Definitely impressed and delighted by our stay. A gem here in Wayzata. Highly recommend to anyone needing a staycation or having family visit. Thank you to the Landing Team!!”

“Location was great. Downtown was about 20-25 minutes away, there were a ton of shopping outlets and restaurants about 10 minutes west of the hotel.

The first room I was given was dirty, I talked to the front desk and they were able to get me moved over to a clean room. My room was cleaned daily”

“Some one needs to give my man Nathan a raise. He went above and beyond to solve the issues at hand made sure it was right not some half-assed run around answers straight to the point no screwing around definitely will book here again! Thanks Nathan!”

“Half an hour or 20 minutes depending on which direction you take or where you're going in the Twin Cities is the Comfort Inn Plymouth, Minnesota. A nice hotel with clean comfortable beds that has a pool and hot tub with a restaurant attached to it. We have stayed here other times over the years and this was the 4th time, we come back because it is close to where we are going and has what we need for amenities. In room coffee, refrigerator and microwave. They also offer breakfast which we didn't get a chance to have. Very friendly staff and if anything is needed just ask they are happy to help you. We will definitely be staying again, thank you for the wonderful stay.”

“Rooms could use an update, but the beds / pillows were amazing. Check in was quick and easy. Only had 2 towels, and no sheets / pillows for the hide a bed, but a quick stop at the front desk resolved that. Pool area was clean, but on the smaller side and the jets on the hot tub didn't work. Breakfast combined both hot and cold foods! Fire alarm went off for about an hour around 7am (false alarm) and stayed on in the rooms even though the down stairs and hallways were off. Good thing we were leaving for the day :)”

“The customer service, room cleanliness, atmosphere quietness, most room accommodations, etcetera, were all excellent. The only bad point, and it was enough for me to leave 1 star off, was that the bed in the "wheelchair accessible" room was too high for someone confined to a wheelchair! So had to sleep in one of the room chairs for the night - NOT restful sleep. Do better!

Noteworthy details: Beds are kind of high, so beware if you are dependent on a wheelchair.”

“I'd bet this hotel was magical back in the day. It's on the older side, but so cool and huge! Front desk staff was polite and accommodating. The room is quiet and has all of the amenities needed. I can see how parking could be a pain. Location was good for us because we were there for a conference. Seems to have many restaurants and such around. Would stay here again.”

“Hygiene. Just being able to see a room is clean is a whole lot of comfort to me. Staff being attentive to help when something goes wrong. Even being transparent about the process to sort a problem if something can’t be fixed immediately. Having a peaceful stay!”

“This hotel was inexpensive and served it's purpose. The room was very basic but we were able to shower and sleep quite comfortably. The reception for the TV was horrible as was the coffee. A small coffee maker in the room would be well appreciated. I didn't expect too much seeing as it is a budget motel. The service staff and front desk staff went above and beyond though. When we asked for more pillows and blankets, they were very accommodating. They also cleaned our room quite thoroughly. Great overall service. If I was in the area and wanted a budget motel again I would stay again for sure. Bring your own coffee though.”
