“PHARMACY - I hesitated to switch to this pharmacy due negative reviews, but so far I've only had good experiences. I like the convenience of the drive-through. A different pharmacy couldn't fill my son's prescription due to an insurance issue, but this Walgreens filled it quickly without a problem. Once I waited longer than most would like, but I still got my prescription in a what I think is a reasonable time.
STORE - Sometimes going through checkout is very slow depending on who is working. As long as you're not in a rush and have patience, it is fine. Personally, I think we should have a lot of grace for everyone working retail- even when they don't meet our expectations.”
“Got the complete package and had to get it detailed twice. The seats were still dirty and stained, missed several spots and had dirt accumulated again due to windows rolled down out in the open. They still missed one spot after the 2nd attempt. I would still use them again due to convenience but you have to go over things with them in detail and point out things they might have missed.”

“There are long lines, but people know to move fast. Two cars line up to the two stations in a line, and both of the cars leave together after putting in gas, then the next two cars proceed together. It's pretty systematic, taking less time to put gas than before. Of course, the price is good m.”
“Great experience except for one very frustrating problem.
We LOVE certain items in their buffet, but they are items that get rotated. For example, they have cod, but some days they have salmon or no fish. It's too far to drive if they aren't serving what I want that day, and the frustrating part is you can't simply look up what they have that day, you have to call the store. Then the employee has to walk out to the buffet, write down what they have, and come back to the phone to tell us. This is awkward and uncomfortable. Usually this store's service is usually first-rate--if only they could get the daily buffet's features onto the web site, it would be impeccable.”
“Some times it is quite busy, but it is top tier gasoline and most people don't know what that means. You should use the top tier to keep your engine clean ??.”
“My family recently switched to Spring Park after having issue after issue with our local Walgreens. The staff is so kind and friendly, and prescriptions are filled very promptly. We have rarely had an issue with a prescription being out of stock - whomever does their product stocking knows what they are doing. I also received my COVID booster here, and it was a smooth and efficient process. Keep in mind that they have more limited business hours than a large chain! And yes - their shop has lots of cute (and useful) items for last-minute gift shopping: toys, puzzles, jewelry, snacks, clothing, etc. I love SPP!”

“Wow. I love this pharmacy and will be a customer for life. The staff, techs and pharmacists are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Communication is great and they actually have the capacity to listen and give informed responses to customers.I can't stand the big chains anymore. This is a great over the counter drugstore as well and I try to stock up on my ibuprofen, chapstick, cough drops, etc and support a local business.They also have a great gift selection (tons of local stuff), so if I have a friends birthday or baby shower coming up, I remind myself to pick something up there when I stop in to get my prescription each month.Support local, family-owned pharmacies. Places like this are integral to the quality of care in the U.S.”
“Hy-Vee has become our favorite grocery store and we drive almost 30mn each way to go. We love the food specials for dinner, bakery, meat department and more. We know fill all our medications there as they have the most fare prices on good RX. Thankyou Hy-Vee”

The managers, the pharmacists, the technicians, everyone is top-notch, and they will go above and beyond, in order to make you feel comfortable, and to make sure everything is taken care of. They treat you like a friend, and it feels like they actually care about how you are doing and how they can help you do better. Trey, Eric, Ahmed, every single one of them are always on top of their game. If there is ever any problem with insurance or anything like that, they are all over it. I will never go back to another pharmacy and I would go out of my way to go to this one, if I had to.”

“Okay, I never leave reviews but I absolutely need to in this case. I am 28 years old and have been on certain prescriptions my entire life. I have ALWAYS used Walgreens to fill prescriptions until about 2 months ago, I switched to this cub location on town centre. When I tell you guys I am beyond blown away by the service quality here, that is an understatement. Walgreens made me jump through so many hoops to do simple tasks and the staff here at this cub location make everything so easy, they’re pleasant to talk to, seem like they enjoy their job, always happy to help, and offer overall exemplary customer service. I didn’t even know a pharmacy had the capacity to be this friendly/helpful…I always thought pharmacies were like going to the DMV lol but I was so wrong! I was just not at the right pharmacy!! Every single person who works in this pharmacy needs a raise. Amazing job. You have found yourself a new lifelong customer. I’m never going back to Walgreens.”
“Never planned to review a pharmacy, However this Pharmacy Has actual Client Services. In all years of dealing with Family members Meds to Dogs RX Walgreens CVS online places chewy etc... are an embarrassing joke in comparison, All prescriptions we've moved to Costco Maple Grove as they run a well oiled ship! Fast service texts emails receivedOrder in meds that what will work, mindful of costs even make insurance nonsense issues seem less problematic to taking all the time needed for a patient questions. Pharmacists are true Care Providers at this Costco.Ryan F stands out amongst them allI knew there was a reason years ago I suggested a few doctors call in all their patients Prescriptions to Costco.Thanks Ryan & Team”

“I recently switch pharmacies from Walgreens to here. Walgreens was taking too long and it was quite pricey at times (WITH INSURANCE!) did some research found some good coupons accepted at this pharmacy (Good RX GOLD!) and decided to try it… gave it a shot and my queens Becca, Paula and Katy were so fabulous and kind! It was fast and convenient! I love them and will be back. My medication went from $20 with insurance (ewe!) to $3!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m so happy you accept good Rx GOLD and the customer care yall provide! I will be using this pharmacy forever now. It was busy but it was FAST! Thank you!!!”
