“Completed rental agreement online. I visited the office for my initial visit to gain access and Dave was super helpful, informative, and friendly. Received a tour of the facility and put my lock on. I was there maybe a total of 5-10 minutes. Gighly recommend this US Storage location!”

“Absolutely superb customer service from Sandy! She was quick and efficient on handling my last minute appointment. I wish the location offered more than one cart to assist with hauling bulky and heavy items to and from car. The PIN is texted to the customer as soon as the unit is rented via online. There are two entry gates with multiple entrances. Decent amount of office and parking space for customers. Renting online limits on selecting the unit location from the vacant units. Would love to see in the future the freedom to select unit location.”

“Well, I had an Emergency. Someone ran into the door, of my usual storage facility. I rented a truck from U-Haul, already. I had to come-in, at 7am, to get a Free First Month Unit. Thank You, as I had already purchased a unit two days previous. I got a Refund, from the other place, but I am far happier, at this Location.

“After being frustrated with my storage rate going up over the year that I’ve had it from $70-$152. I simply called to ask how much notice I had to give if I was going to move out of my unit and possibly to another storage facility…
Jeanette (sp??) Went above and beyond when I only called to just ask that one question and hang up. Jeanette not only answered my questions but she was able to help me get a new storage unit for $67; the same size and at the same location. All I had to do was switch from the unit I was currently in to another one.
She could’ve just answered my question and hung up, but she took the time to understand what was going on and what was important to me/my needs. She even let me take a day or two to think about it but put notes in on my account if I decided to go with her suggestions (which I did).
Let me tell you, she was SO helpful and went above and beyond that she actually made me more upset with how poor of customer service I received later in the week from a bank I was dealing with. As I left Wells Fargo I was thinking, “They need Jeanette here because she’s helpful and cares and these women are the complete opposite!!!!”
She even went above and beyond at showing me the new storage unit during a downpour.
I know I am a customer who has only had a couple interactions with her, but I will be a reference for this woman because she knows customer service. Any company would be lucky to have her working for them. Public storage, you better give her a raise. Or let her run a property. Because she’s a good one, and you are lucky to have her.”

No actual times that they'll be in.
There has been an "IT issue" since Saturday but we've seen multiple people access their units. I was told they'd call us with a temporary key so we could have access to our property/belongings. If this is supposed to be a safe place for our belongings why the hell is there no communication with us or access to communication with you guys? We can't get ahold of property manager and it's not always an option for us to drive down there.
Biggest complaint here is the lack of information and being told he would call us back. He didn't, I've called multiple times with NO answer. I've left 2 voicemails... 1st I was nice about, 2nd one I mean. The second we have access to our belongings we're out.

I think his name is Tom finally came to the office. We talked a bit and he was understanding of me being upset and wanting to rage; we joked a bit and he was able to get me in. It was a temporary code... but I hope the IT gets itself figured out.
Seriously if you're about to leave a review because of the same issues - you aren't alone and it may feel like it's choosing it's victims (don't let that make you go crazy, you're complying and you paid; you're valid).
Seriously though, I think a text line with whoever is in office would be beneficial/office cell phone.
Other than the issues this week it's been smooth. Although my partner did point out that maybe y'all can give those of us struggling with this issue a month free of rent/no rent. ??♀️”
“We needed to find short term storage for the belongings of two of our children attending the university of Minnesota. I found the storage facility to be clean, safe and in a good location. Everything is done on their phone app, including lease signing, building entry, and lease termination . I found the staff to be attentive and helpful with any questions I had.”

We chose this storage facility in August 2021 for it's proximity to our house and have not had a bad, or even difficult, experience since. It is always clean, well-maintained, accessible and secure. The communication is clear, simple to understand and straightforward. Holly is a welcoming presence and handles any issue or question with quick and in-depth knowledge. The facility is laid out in a sensible manner and carts are always available and where you expect them. Because of this ease of use, I didn't realize "how good we've had it" here until a recent frustrating experience at a different company's storage locker in Edina for my mother.
