They performed a free oil change for me during their annual Salute to Veterans event—and even provided lunch. That alone says a lot about who they are, but the service backs it up. The staff is always extremely friendly and professional. They walk you around your vehicle while it’s on the hoist and show you exactly what they’re looking at.
Both of their shops are unbelievably clean and well-organized—honestly some of the cleanest automotive facilities I’ve ever stepped into. The pride they take in their workspace gives me confidence they’ll take the same level of care with my vehicle.

“This is my fourth Mitsubishi and couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience. After hitting a deer and totaling my 2014 Outlander I went online and looked over their inventory. After finding one I thought would be a good fit, I contacted Wanda, the online sales representative. After test driving it I decided to test drive a newer Outlander and bought that one instead. When I got it home, I had a bit of trepidation because I just felt it was a bit too much car for me. I contacted Wanda again and told her that I would like to purchase the original car, but didn’t know if that was possible. She went right to work and contacted the lender and worked with Sarah their finance person to get it all switched around, with no added fees or penalties!! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would recommend them to anyone! Brian was great as well, no pressure, knowledgeable about the two vehicles I was looking at possibly purchasing.”

“I visited Apple Ford while vacationing back home in my home state of MN. Since I had some time on my hands and was in the market for a new truck I decided to visit the local Ford dealership. My salesperson was Alex Hight. We first sat down with each other on June 2nd when I visited the dealership to look at and test drive a Ford F-150. Alex was very kind and accommodating and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and he answered all of my questions pertaining to the vehicle. Since I was an out-of-state customer (from KS) I told Alex I was only there to test drive and get questions answered about the F-150. I was told if I wanted a particular trim level with certain options and a truck wasn’t on any of their lots that I would need to place a brand new order for my truck to be built at the factory. I understand I could’ve taken all of Alex’s information he so kindly shared with me and ordered my truck at my local dealership in Kansas. But I didn’t do that. Since I was so impressed with Alex’s knowledge and great customer service, I decided to order my truck with Alex through Apple Ford. We did the order completely over the phone. Since the order/build was going to take a few months to complete Alex communicated with me via text to keep me informed of when my truck was built, shipped and delivered to the dealership. Once the truck was delivered most of the final sale/transaction information was completed via text/phone call. That same day I wired the funds to pay for the truck. When it was time to travel back to the dealership to take possession of the vehicle all that was needed was some signatures on paperwork and the keys handed over to me. Alex took the time to walk around the vehicle with me and answer any final questions I had. The whole experience was painless, easy and convenient as it relates to an out-of-state transaction. The Finance Office handled the final transaction papers with great and quick service. All and all it was an enjoyable experience as it pertains to the purchase of a new car. If you’re looking for a new Ford to buy I highly recommend doing business with Apple Ford in White Bear Lake, MN. If you have a choice in salesperson ask for Alex when you are first greeted at the door. You won’t be disappointed!”
“I can't get an answer on damage that was done to new vehicle during a warranty paint repair.
Purchased a new vehicle at the end of May 2024. The dealer was great about fixing some factory paint damage. However, I noticed there were new scratches and gouges after I picked it up from the paint repairs. I emailed the service department in mid-June 2024 with pictures of the damage. The service department referred me to the salesperson in an email. The salesperson never contacted me so I emailed the sales manager in July who also never contacted me. Maybe my emails are going to spam? Maybe my salesperson is on leave? Sales process was smooth, new vehicle pick up went great, but they are really falling down with a simple yes or no for fixing the paint damage.
Update: My emails had gone to spam. They have reached out and are fixing the problem.”
“The front desk staff and vehicle mechanics at GP's Minnesota Wholesale are top notch in skill and customer service with a smile. Eight years ago I bought four General tires from this shop. The tires were rated for 50,000 miles, plus had a better than average rating for driving in snow. A few weeks ago, I had an unrepairable gash in a rear tire. Within three hours of having the flat tire in Minneapolis, the GP mechanics in White Bear had me back on the road again. Since I had 47,000 miles on the old tires, staff at GP's recommended a new set of Uniroyals rated for 70,000 miles. (Two employees chose the Uniroyals, which are part of the Michelin brand, for their vehicles so I went with their recommendation.) So far, I am pleased with the new tires and also received a $50 Visa card from Uniroyal in the mail. If a customer has a repairable flat tire, the shop will repair it at no charge.”
