“These guys were awesome. I rented a car for a road trip to Indiana. I picked it up and it was a Kia that definitely had a cigarette smell, 30k miles and a tail light out message on the dash. Quick loop around 94/494 and I brought it back. They swapped it out with a Prius, which ran awesome. Didn't give me any grief about wanting something else. Brought the Prius back at the end of the rental period and he remembered my name and asked me how the car was. Would definitely rent from them again.”

“Fantastic - great customer service! The gentleman I spoke with was so very helpful. He told me about the drop box if I would be late and that I could park my car on site while I used the truck (couldn't drive two vehicles at once :) ) The day before I was to pick up the truck, he was checking it over and found there was a mechanical problem.”

“Mia (WB Hertz) was very flexible and accommodating in meeting my car rental needs! Props to Gino as well. Including switching vehicles part way through the rental, extending the timeframe, dropping off and picking up the rental at my house, working with my insurance company while my car was in the shop, and arranging for a vehicle with hand controls. I was impressed and highly recommend renting from them!”

“I was supposed to pick up a rental today while my truck was being repaired from an accident. I went it to say I wouldn't be taking their rental. The employees were more informative and helpful than the insurance agent had been. They said a car was reserved for pick up he 19th to 14th so they would leave that in place and just give them a call once I know when I'll need the rental. Easy Breezy!”
