“Great great location! Highly recommend to everyone who needs a rental. Alexa with the smoothest rental process and John & Hailey going above and beyond in finding my apartment parking permit I forgot in the car. Truly a great experience all around. If John/Hailey/Alexa ever reads this review, thank you very much for the help!!”
“Everything went smooth from rental to return. Abdul was extremely helpful, informative, and very polite. I would rent from here again and will definitely recommend to acquaintances Thanks Budget for getting me out of a bind!”

“The staff at the University location in St. Paul was extremely kind and helpful the entire process. I was displaced due to a car accident and needed to find a vehicle that met my needs during this period, and they were very good about finding me the right size vehicle. I also received follow-up a few times via text to see if I needed anything which was very nice. When the insurance had told me that they would only be funding my vehicle until a certain date, staff reached out and offered to have me extend my rental at the discounted rate. I also received a follow-up call to ensure that everything went well. This whole experience was great. Thank you!”
“Very professional and also pleasant and friendly. Rental process was simple and straightforward. Upgrade provided which was a lovely surprise. Location was perfect. Wonderful experience start to finish.”
“I had an amazing experience renting a car from Jay at Avis Budget Car Rental. His customer service was truly top-notch from start to finish. He was professional, helpful, efficient, and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across service this good nowadays. Highly recommend working with Jay if you rent from this location.”
“I absolutely love this Budget Rent A Car location! The representative working here is hands-down the best person I have ever dealt with in the car rental industry. He is such a good and friendly guy—he gave me the warmest welcome from the moment I walked through the door. What really sets him apart is that he genuinely takes the time to make sure you are a 100% happy client. He explained everything clearly, made sure I got the perfect car, and didn't rush me at all. It is so rare to find this level of authentic customer care these days. Thank you for a fantastic experience!”
“I’ve been renting from this location since 2022 (even before they switched locations) and have always had an exceptional experience.
Cars have been available, customer service has been great, and the vehicle’s are always clean.”
“Fantastic - great customer service! The gentleman I spoke with was so very helpful. He told me about the drop box if I would be late and that I could park my car on site while I used the truck (couldn't drive two vehicles at once :) ) The day before I was to pick up the truck, he was checking it over and found there was a mechanical problem.”
